Wonderful coach and environment for both kids and adults to learn and enjoy martial arts. The kids coaches for jiu Jitsu and striking are fantastic and so patient when working with the kids. As well, the adult coaching is excellent. The coach makes sure time is spent helping every person and it really is like a family environment. I can’t say enough good things. It’s not a gym to which I check off 1-hr workouts 3-times per week, it quickly presents itself as a passion and a second home and family. Good place, good people, good sport.

We are loving rogue ju jitsu & striking classes for both our kids! Its great to see them active & having fun at the same time. The trainers are great with the kids, the place is clean, & they have fun add ons like special classes & parents night out.
