Oldddd old old bat lady with the curly hair & glasses at the desk is rude and can’t answer basic questions without getting an attitude and telling you to leave. Save yourself some time and use a different USPS location, they lack basic customer service skills here. They also will say they attempted to deliver packages but they don’t, they are lazy and just want you to come pick it up at the office, it’s happens 5x and I’m home every time when they send the “attempted to deliver” notification. Worthless.

Each time Im there, whether its to buy stamps or to send a package, the workers are CONSISTENTLY helpful, efficient AND friendly! (& I very much appreciate it!!)

I have Good service here. Great clerk . Been sending a lot of mail at this location. I havent had any issue.

There was a line with 6 people with only one person helping. After about 5 minutes another lady comes out and tells one of the customers to look it up she doesnt have it come back tomorrow. When i got to the line she shook my box really hard and said whats in it. My husband had a reusable cup. She then tells me that she knows there is liquid in there and she will not take it because one time something leaked onto her hand from a package that made her break out? At this point there is 15 people waiting in line. I obviously didnt want to hold the line up so I left. I love Owasso good people, but this lady seemed to have it out for everyone. Note, go to the collinsville post office.

I had an excellent experience with this office. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful about a package that had delivered to the wrong address. I found it the next day where it should have been. Well done 👏

Horrible horrible horrible manager!!! They were soooo rude and even had the nerve to ask my boyfriend is he was high and they yelled at him that he had no money even though he clearly did. I would avoid going to this post office as much as you can. That manager is ignorant and just plain rude.

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS. Twice in one week they failed to deliver packages to my correct box. Both times carrier had to come back and fix it. WHY? How hard is. To match numbers to a dang box and put stuff in it accordingly??

Ive never had a bad experience at the post office in Owasso. The people are always home-town nice.

I have never had a negative experience with delivery or going into the post office. My regular mail carrier is always very friendly and the staff inside are nice and helpful. Keep up the great work everyone!

Needed mail forwarded for 2 months Counter Clerk gave me wrong forms. Completely screwed up. Owasso is great, the Post Office is sub par at best wish i gave negative stars.

On multiple occasions i have left mail to be picked up and it was not. they delivered mail on these days but failed to deliver. they also know i am a former mail carrier so one would assume theyd be a little better when coming across the home of an employee or former employee of the post office.

It’s strange. I’ve had maybe one or two good experiences but they usually aren’t very nice. I remember growing up and the postal workers were so much nicer. They have outsourced and no one seems like they want to greet the public.

I do not understand how agents can be this incompetent when delivering packages. I am not home, but my roommate is home to receive any packages I have scheduled. I was scheduled to receive a package today and they stated that they attempted to deliver, but no one knocked. My roommate was awake the entire day. The staff inside the actual office is fine, but their pleasantness is eclipsed by their asinine carriers work ethic.

They didnt write me a unsendable/redelivery notice to come and get my package back they have no proper way to address this issue as the phone directory suggests using email but their website erases all the information as its being typed in making sure I repeated get no email sent for an entire hour an a half are there just no live people allowed to ask a single question to anymore

Easily the worst post office in the state. They have lost 5 packages in 2 weeks, including one thats in a parcel locker that I dont have a key for right now. They give you a phone number to call thats always a busy tone. Due to this last incident I filed an official complaint through Consumer Affairs, which is currently being investigated. If anyone else feels it necessary Consumer Affairs is directly over USPS.

9 out of 10 times I get a redelivery slip for packaged that would easily fit in my apartment mail box, saying I have to go pick them up. I actually went there to pick one up this last Saturday because I had managed to go check my mail as the carrier was putting my buildings mail in the boxes. Guess what... she just gave me a slip for the package and it was never delivery attempted.USPS corporate needs to investigate this branchs procedure.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. We get a lot of mail for a household, mostly packages, and our delivery driver is careful and conscientious with them. Our driveway is a pain and the dog is sometimes out in the yard, and she deals with all this patiently. The counter staff have always been polite, too, and careful with our ducklings and chicks. No complaints here.

Big line with one person helping. Ridiculous because they have folks there that can help. I wish they would get it together.

Ladies that helped me were very nice and helpful BUTTTT I had to go into the store to get help for 1 question. I tried to call and instead of getting help I got a 5 minute automated message filled with information I didnt need. When they FINALLY transferred me, I was hung up on.

My wife had a wonderful experience with Owasso post office. A gentleman, named Scott, was very kind, courteous and helpful beyond what his job required. We really appreciated his help!

Wish they could deliver my packages at least once. I always end up having to pick them up. On my trackers it says out for delivery... 10 minutes later... delivery attempted....yah right, you didnt even try., I have a super lazy mail woman.... i(workers inside the post office are great)

I just caught the mail lady standing on my fence THROWING a package onto the porch of our pool house. When I confronted her she said I couldnt find the address I just thought I would put it there. she also said it was ok for her to throw it because it didnt say fragile!.I will be delivering this package myself in the morning and talking to the recipient.

Whenever I have to go here, which is usually once a week or every other week, the service is slow. Now that the holidays are here you would think that service might be a little faster. They have never delivered a package to me. Only put a slip in the mailbox, even for the smallest thing.

Awful postal service. If you need something mailed dont put your flag up. Due to the negligence of the postal workers i have fines and fees racked up cause they wont take the out going mail!!!! Useless

Not even worth one star. Refusing to deliver packages constantly. Will be recording mail deliveries from here on. Its that bad. Tracking will say out for delivery, we went out to grab package while she was delivering mail, she said it wasnt there when tracking showed it with her. This is every package.Will be making as many formal written and informal call complaints until she is fired.

I have had two of my packages in the past year lost. 4 out of 5 times I order something, it doesnt get delivered and I just get a slip saying its at the post office. It is never too big for the mailbox and my mailbox is never full. A couple days ago, I tried to call up there and was on hold for 50 minutes before I hung up, so here I am.

They are incredibly rude, including Management!!!! EXTREMLY POOR customer service. They will not answer the phone (when confronted, they deny it and say your lying!) I had a very bad experience today with a package that they held hostage for over a week. I work with the public and what I experienced today was far from how you should be treating the people who pay your pay check!

5 years of horrible service from the Owasso postal service. Mail lady is rude and so is Management at this location. They dont update package status properly, wont answer phones and if you park within 20 feet of your mailbox, the mail lady skips your house. At least once weekly I receive my neighbors mail. So glad we finally moved away. This PO mail service is the pits and the worse one weve ever experienced!

I have always been amazed at how polite the staff is at this post office . They are friendly and efficient.

Delivery service is horrible. Inside service is tolerable. The delivery drivers for apartments need to start delivering packages to the door of an apartment. Too many pink slip pickups!

If they would simply answer the phone, I could arrange a package re-delivery as instructed....they tell you to do this but wont answer the phone. People, do not use your Owasso address if you need an important package.

I dont even want to give any stars at all. I had an undeliverable package because the post office person down in Tulsa input the wrong zip code. So they couldnt send it to my home address. I went twice to the Owasso location because they said my package was there. Anyway went there and a very very rude lady said i wrote my zip code wrong. How the hell do I forget my own zip code? She was giving me the worst attitude. She came back to tell me I wrote it correctly and that it was sent to the mail recovery location out in Georgia. I had also left my name and number to contact me the first time I went to pickup the package. YET NOONE contacted me? So now my package is lost and it wasnt because I wrote the wrong address at all? And no apology straight up RUDE attitudes in that post office. Zero stars.

Do these people even know how mail works? Dont you have to go through a long process of testing for post jobs? Its like you blind fold yourself before getting out of your car and blindly put mail in random mail boxes. Is it a game to you people? My 4 year old cousin puts linking logs together better than you deliver mail. Horrible service, worst Ive ever had. Not to mention I receive other peoples mail, while not receiving my own. TELL YOUR MAIL PEOPLE TO USE THEIR EYES, ASSIST THEM IF NEED BE. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO PUT PAPER IN A SLOT WITH NUMBERS.

I never receive my packages the first time. They say they knock on the door to deliver but they don’t even come to the door. My packages get sent back to amazon and ebay constantly. They are horrible with how they handle our mail and packages. They need an over haul.

My everyday postman is super nice, but the staff at the office are terrible. They never answer the phone either, it just rings and rings and rings....

I have been inside this post office a Minimum of 10 Times (probably more like 20). I have never had bad or poor service.

I would like to know why in the past week I have been getting my neighbors mail, its one thing to get next door mixed up but a totally different building is just crazy. Im expecting something very important in the mail and worry it will end up some where else. I think you people need to look over your hiring standards, because they SUCK!!!!! as they are right now.

This post office is so lazy my mail person leaves notices of packages she is to lazy to carry saying mailbox was full so i have to pick it up from the post office which closes before i get off work. she is always rude. The staff at the actual post office wont let you pick up packages after 4pm even though their website and phone message say 530pm. Also they never answer the phone. you listen to a minute long computer message then it rings until finally disconnects. a lot of times they just hang it up as it will only ring twice before being disconnected on those times. I have called from inside the post office and watched staff push end on ringing phones. This is the worst post office ever. I would rather drive to tulsa to pick up a package than deal with the owasso location.

Not a bad place in terms of going inside for service, but worst delivery of any place Ive ever lived. Received mail for other names and addresses on a weekly basis. I finally moved away, but some of my mail has been forwarded to the wrong state by this office.

This post office is always busy after 2-3PM until closing time and the line barely moves, customers are taken care of very slowly. Also seems to mis-sort my packages way too often. Tracking sometimes (when they mess up) would show me that my package will arrive at the Tulsa facility then comes to Owasso and then it either goes back down to Tulsa or Stillwater or some other place annnnnnd another day would be added to delivery. USPS makes no extra effort to get me my packages on Sunday if they screw up on a Saturday so I try not to use this particular USPS for package delivery. They may probably send my package somewhere else for all I know.

Terrible customer service...They lost my package due to their mistake (and they admitted it). Ive contacted them 4 times and they promise to call me back, but never do.

On many occasions my mail has been opened or damaged. Got a certified letter and postman didnt even come up to the house to see if I was home he just put the notice in my mailbox. Lazy and disrespectful.

Today is one of many times I have failed to get my order on the scheduled day.Not to mention the package is the same as a package I ordered two weeks ago, they just put the package in my mailbox like normal mail, and all was well.This time, yet again, I am told that there wasnt a secure location to deliver to. I was home the entire day, waiting and watching for my package, no one ever came. Then at 3:30pm or so, I check the tracking info, and it says it couldnt be delivered, I WAS OUTSIDE having a cigar, I didnt see a single person that didnt live nearby. I called to clear up this problem, only to be put on hold to waste my minutes, then they finally got to me, said theyd call, I didnt get one, So I went to the office to obtain my package since they close at 5pm, only to be told that the guys was still on delivery and that hed be back at 6pm, AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING! This is seriously ridiculous.Either the guy didnt bring me my delivery because he wasnt at the right address, or he didnt even come to my house, which is what I expect because I never saw the guy.Im so sick of the postal service in Owasso, that Im just going to start paying the extra five bucks for FedEx.

Worst post office ever been living in Owasso since August and Ive had to pick up my packages from the post office every time this last time my package said it had been attempted to be delivered I talk to the mail Carrier she said it was still at the post office and that she just grabs whatever she can so basically first come first serve once I called the post office they told me that priority mail goes out first so basically she said I just need to pay more for two day shipping and said of just getting to regular shipping because mine will be set in the back until I get it myself . She took my name and number so that the manager LEE could call me back never got a phone call and that was on Thursday they probably figured if I didnt call them on Friday they want to have to mess with it for the whole weekend . Worst post office over to definitely Need someone else to run this location

Received a package “do not bend” needless to say they bent it to stuff it in our mailbox. Piss poor service.

Ordered a package, they didnt even attempt to deliver it at our door they just left a slip in our mailbox. So apparently they are too lazy to try to deliver a package
