How do you have the nerve to charge a 15% service charge and automatically decide on a 20% gratuity? That’s 35% of the order. The food is being delivered not served. And then to be told we don’t charge delivery fees, then when I ask to explain 35% get told 10% is a delivery fee and a 5% processing fee and it was posted on our FB back on May 10th when changes like that should be pinned to the top of the page for people to make an informed decision instead of being blindsided. And then to block me because you don’t like my questions is unprofessional, rude and customer friendly

Truly one of the best services for delivery that I have ever used! They are quick, polite and responsive to any and all questions. They always get the orders correct and you never have to worry about them getting it wrong. This service is a true blessing to Owasso to be able to have service to ALL restaurants and not just ones that have been picked or chosen by the other guys. You cant go wrong with Owasso Only!
