Metro Flooring installed tile throughout our whole house and we couldnt be happier. The floor looks great. We get compliments on it all the time. Micheal was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the tile. We went with the wood look porcelain tile. Mario and Julian installed the tile and were courteous, fast, efficient and did excellent work. We appreciated how they worked with us; patient, no pressure and helpful. We chose Metro because they were very knowledgeable about their products and took the time to listen to what we wanted and then offered suggestions to make our dream a reality. They are very attentive to detail. Tony made several visits to our house to check on the progress and quality of work. Mario did an outstanding job on the tile floor. When Mario had a concern about how the tile would be installed in one area of our house, Tony stopped by that day to help problem solve. They took pride in their work and kept us informed about the time line of each step of our kitchen renovation. The job was not complete until Tony inspected everything and made sure that the renovation was finished to his and our satisfaction.

I recently had my kitchen and floors fully renovated by Frank and his team from metro floors and remodelers. I wanted work done asap, however realizing it is the holiday season and we had to custom order the majority of the product I knew it was unlikely to get finished before the new year. Frank was so accommodating to me and ensured me that he will try his best to get everything completed before. Luckily, our products got delivered sooner than expected and his team was at my place the following day for the remainder of the week until everything was complete. We were shopping for both Kitchen cabinets and flooring when we visited Metro Flooring and Cabinets. First we chose our cabinets and countertops after having in person meetings with Tony and multiple phone conversations, he answered all of our questions and made good suggestions for our update. The orders were placed after they took the measurements needed, and when they came in they were installed without any delay by a professional who did a very nice job. The countertops were then cut and installed with perfect results. We continued looking for flooring for our house and decided to again choose Metro Flooring and Cabinets because of the products the have and the satisfaction with the cabinets and countertops. After all our questions were answered we made our choice . In this case we installed it ourselves but even with that we had several calls to check on our satisfaction with the product and when we had questions Tony and his son Michael were able to helpfully answer. We will recommend Metro Flooring and Cabinets without hesitation.

Metro Flooring and Cabinets did a complete kitchen remodel for us in an investment property we owned. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail by everyone involved. Tony was very helpful in helping me pick out what I needed for the kitchen to appeal to the right buyer. Ryan was the cabinet installer with his helper and wife Melissa. He did a great job and even had to build a corner cabinet for the sink area right on the premises. The granite fabricator and installer was Marlin. He went above and beyond in making the corner, where the sink is located, and the side counter in one piece. There was no seam! It was fabulous. Michael seemed to always be the one to take my frequent calls. He was so pleasant and always answered my questions, or passed a message along to Tony. During the process Tony made several visits to the house to check on the progress. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again in the future. I could not be more pleased with my experience using Metro Flooring and Cabinets!!

Had my entire first floor tiled by Metro Flooring in Oviedo. I wanted to use a local company and they were that. Family owned and operated. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Communication was great and everything was as stated when I first met them. Tile installers were always on time, very friendly, respectful. They did any amazing job installing the tile and when job was done after each day, they cleaned up after themselves. The job took 7 days since it was 1100 sq feet of tile, and the owner came by 3 times to check the progress. I was impressed by that. Showed he cared about his product and service. I will be using them again for future projects. Give them a call if you want professional service with great quality.

We looked at a lot of flooring companies to do our house. Metro Flooring had very good reviews so we visited their showroom in Oviedo. They had exactly what we wanted at a very good cost. The installers showed up on time everyday. They did excellent work. Tony the owner showed up at the end of the job to inspect everything and made sure I was happy with the work. Metro did a full kitchen remodel and it looks great! They are easy to work with and very customer focused.Almost two years ago, they did all new flooring throughout the entire house before we moved in and we were so impressed that we chose them to do the kitchen as well.Their products are reasonably priced. We did have one small issue after the completion and they sent someone out to fix it for us right away.

Metro Flooring was recommended to us by neighbors and Im glad we went with them. We were very happy with their work, it was a very professional job. They are available, responsive, and they worked hard to complete the job ahead of schedule because they knew we were on a time constraint. We purchased floors for a big job on Thursday, they began work on Friday, and they were installing the new floors by Monday and finished that week.Tony and Michael are both very nice and great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Metro Flooring was recommended by someone at the church I attend. I had carpet installed in my living room and two bedrooms three years ago. The owner was pleasant and accommodating when selling the carpet to me. The rooms were empty so installation should have been easy. I came home one evening to find the installer’s wife and small child sitting in the living room when he was working. I contacted the owner and he said he would talk to the installer because that was inappropriate.About 2 years ago, it started to wrinkle a small bit. I called the owner but he said it was out of warranty so he could only send me the name of an installer and I would have to pay to have it stretched. I didn’t have the money so I let it go. Now another year later, the wrinkle is longer and I contacted the owner again to see if he would reconsider before I posted this review. But he would not.I realize that businesses have to be careful of homeowners who attempt to fraud them. Is a negative review worth not sending someone to take care of this?My tile was installed by All Floors Orlando and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work. I called to get a name of an installer to fix the wrinkle and they said if they had installed the carpet, they would be fixing it for free. Since Metro was recommend by a fellow member of my church, I went with them.I had some bathroom work done 2 years ago with another company and when a recent problem arose, they immediately sent workers out and spent about 3-4 hours fixing the problem. They said that their reputation was more important to them than the money they lost fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Broome Property Enterprises in Oviedo.I mentioned the last two companies because there businesses that value their reputations and service once a job is complete.

My wife and I looked at many companies when doing a complete house remodel. We liked the prices and family at Metro Flooring! Very high quality cabinets: solid wood and plywood construction and a great variety of colors and styles. All priced 30% less then most other quotes of the same quality. The installers were great. More precise then I expected. Any small fix its afterwards were taken care of immediately. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY, MICHAEL AND DIANE! Great family and service. My wife is onto the back porch. They do tiling and flooring also. Very, very pleased with bathrooms and kitchen.

Over the past year we dealt with many contractors while we updated and remodeled our home, but our best experience was with Tony and Michael at Metro Flooring & Cabinets, who remodeled our kitchen recently. This is a family-run business and both Tony and his son Michael are very professional and knowledgeable about their product lines and the remodeling process. In spite of downtime due to the hurricane and a couple of delays, the work was completed on time. The work crews were real pros, too and we are so happy with the results! Fantastic! Its so hard to tell who to trust for a home improvement project, everyone sounds great but who is going to do great work? We had hardwood floors installed recently. Michael and Tony were patient, knowledgable, helpful and did everything they said they would. No surprises. The guys who came to do the installation were outstanding. I felt very comfortable having them in my home for three days. They finished a day early! Thats because they started early each day and worked according to a plan, which they explained to me and updated each day before leaving. The floors are absolutely beautiful. We hired a firm by the name of BA Wagner to do the original tile installation. They did not lay the tile or grout according to the manufacturers specifications and ruined our flooring project.That is where Metro Flooring comes in. We hired them to do the demo and re-install. They took the time to listen to our needs, review and understand the tile and grout manufacturers specs. This resulted in a beautiful floor done right!
