Twice in the last month I have used this facility for UHAUL truck rentals.The first was an in person experience and the second was done online.Other than a little hiccup initially on the corporate website/app everything went flawlessly.Thank you!

This is the worst uhaul experience. I had a reservation for 4:30pm. The owner called me 3 hrs before my reservation to tell me she has to leave early I can use ushaul share to pick up the truck. After my wife dropped me off, I try to access my rental for about 50 mins. It didn’t work, so I call the owner and her answer was that truck has been rented after she call me to confirm 3 hrs before. Worst uhaul service ever.

Not a good place for U-Haul equipment rental/drop-off. Tight parking lot with no direction of where to go to return equipment. When I parked in a field out of the way the clerk came out and told me I parked in the middle of everything. Then I had to try and back the trailer into a tight fenced in area with a lot of other equipment. The female attendant said she wasnt strong enough to use their dolly that was supposed to be used for putting trailers in tight places. Had to do it myself. In short go somewhere else that has people capable of doing their job so you dont have to do it for them.Reply to owner - Uh, no, you didnt. You demanded it be parked where you wanted it and claimed NOT to be able to do it yourselves. Please get your story straight and work on your horrible facility and customer service.

They Assured me my reservation would be ready at 10:00am and that I could arrive at 10:30 if need be. Texted me the morning of that I had to be there by 9:45. Then said my reservation could be converted to an after hours pickup. (didn’t work). Staff’s own incompetence cost me about an hour and a half and a couple hundred dollars to my movers. Why allow a 10:00am reservation if you are going to change the time the day of? So unprofessional.

This was my first time renting a truck from this facility. The woman working there (Becky) was super nice and professional and madeMy experience an enjoyable one. I will definitely rent from this place again!

My name is Kenneth mcpherson and I dont normally rent vehicles, so I was hoping I could find someone close to get a pickup from and this was the second place I called, I was impressed that they sounded like regular guys trying to run a quality business. When I came to get the truck, they werent happy with its condition so I was given what seemed to be a truck fit for the President to drive. I very much appreciated the service and their price was great. If I need a truck in the future this will be the first place I call.

Beware of this place. Never use your credit card here. I will not go into detail for privacy reasons. But be cautious renting Uhauls from here. Keep all of your paperwork and documents for proof of rental.

Super helpful! Recommend them 100% - Very honest. I feel comfortable asking questions the owner and the staff are very kind and always willing to answer to any questions. Have been living in the Oviedo area for 16 years and every time I have to move I rent from this place. Trucks are always in perfect condition and you know what you are renting. They always call to confirm your rental one or two days in advance, no bad surprises. I only have good things to say about this place. Super honest and respectful people!

Have never had an issue at Oviedo Uhaul. Quick reservations, fast convenient pickup & drop off. I completely disagree with the comments about the owner being rude. He is quiet but has always been accommodating, helpful and friendly. I rent from him frequently and have never had a problem. New trucks, clean and well serviced.

Worst Service EVER!!!! The Owner is beyond rude and delusional ! They say this is 24 hour drop off facility, showed up 20 minutes before they opened and the owner was already outside so I asked him where should I put the trailer and he told me to wait until they open then went off on a rant about fast food and people in my generation always wanting something done fast threatened if i left the trailer there he would charge me then turned me away and I had to go to another U-Haul to drop off my trailer. Good luck if you decide to go here!

US Marine Corp Veteran Owned Business! Picked up a Uhaul here for our final things for our move. Our service was quick, fast, no pressure to buy anything additional we had not already reserved. Robert checked to make sure we had enough miles to not only make it to our home, but also to drop off the uhaul truck. The truck we got was brand new! It only had only 2000 miles, was immaculate in the cab and in the storage area.

Never Never rent from this location. Not only is the owner the most rudest person you will ever encounter he cursed at us and threatened us.

The owner at this location feels its ok to curse at customers. Had to use the location on E Colonial which was another 1hr of our time.

Quick and easy

After driving 2 hours to pick up a specific type trailer that I had reserved, the owner informed me that he had just rented it to someone else. He then tried to up-sell a different trailer to me that he knew would not have fit my needs. Its too bad I have to give him 1 star.

Good honest mechanic

The mobile pick up was a nightmare. Took over 1.5 hrs. Customer service is over an hour wait. Would not ever use uhaul again unless we were picking up from a person. Their tech is not advanced enough to rely on, it has so many issues customers are overwhelming their support team leading to extremely long call back times. 2 stars only because the truck was in great shape.
