A tow truck is not a service that you want to use, but I would definitely use them again when I need to! They reorganized some things in order to get my truck to a shop before the shop closed. The driver knew my truck had limited ground clearance and came prepared. He was very careful and did a great job.

Maam, you really need to work on your customer service presentation. You dont have to bend over backward with saccharine courtesy, but maybe at least pretend like you dont completely hate your job and despise the people you interact with. I had a job I disliked too, but I didnt treat my clients so terribly. Just take it down a notch and try to be a smidge more polite in the future!Shoutout to the one kind male employee with the dog that offered to let me wait inside, he was nice (lets hope the towing business wont change that)

While I was in the middle of speaking to the owner to get my car returned to me, she decided to take lunch. She made me wait almost an hour outside in the sun, rather than finish the transaction. Very rude and unhelpful. She runs an all-cash business, but refused to make change.

The receptionist needs to be fired!!! Called me back to tell me pricing and I asked which one they are since I had called a few different tow truck company’s and she goes “you really shouldn’t do that, you should only call one place because that’s not fair” like excuse me my car needs to be towed of course I’m going to call a bunch of places to see which one can get here faster??! She then goes you know what, I don’t want to help you and hung up on me!! Her name must be Karen.

I guess you can’t expect much from a wreck yard but this towing company is a joke. When googling this company it does not have the actual business contact information, instead, it provides a “hotline” that gives out the completely wrong information. I was told debit/credit was accepted (it is also listed on the Oviedo Towing website that all major debit/credit is accepted) Once I get there I am told cash only. When explaining this to front desk employee, her reply is “I don’t know where you’re getting your info from” Every single person you talk to there is VERY rude. Again, this place is a complete joke.

Beware! Absolutely the worst towing company in the Central Florida area. They lie and tell you one price and then charge you double the quote. I would stay far away from them. The woman on the phone is rude when you dispute the charges. She says a different number than quoted after the fact and says she has it recorded but can’t produce the recording. We don’t mind paying a fair price but they tell you one price on the phone and change it. We should have learned after the first time. But used them a second time and it was a huge mistake!

Well, what can you really expect from people who work in a wreck yard. The girl in the office was more concerned with her personal phone call than helping you.

My daughter was in a bad wreck that wasnt her fault and I went to go be with her while the police did a report and she was checked out by the paramedics. They were called by the police to pick up both cars that were involved and it took over an hour and a half. So I was on the side of the road with my hazards on because the cops told me to because of how busy the street was. When our car was on the back of the tow truck and we were ready to leave my battery was dead and the car wouldnt start. The policeman asked the tow truck driver if he would jump start my car before he left and he said he would have to charge me $45 cash. The cop was SHOCKED just as I was. And the tow truck driver drove off with my wrecked van on the back of his truck and left me and my daughter stranded on the side of the road while I waited an hour for someone to come and jump start the car. The cop explained theyre not allowed to jump start anybody with their cruiser and I totally understood. What I didnt understand is the horrible attitude of the tow truck driver when he was already out there doing his job anyway. Most people would have lent a hand knowing we had just been through a bad ordeal instead of leaving two women stranded on the side of a very busy highway. I am still in shock.

They were literally at the accident scene within 15 minutes. The guy was so caring and empathetic. Once car was raised. He let us take several pics of what was broken underneath and gave what was his right advice of exactly what was broken. Reasonable priced and all around brightest part of a terrible day.

The worst company I have delt with in a long time, completely dishonest, tell you one thing and then do another .9 miles from there yard needed my truck pulled out, they were done in 20 minutes and charged me $500 and lied about why price was so much, if I could give them negative stars I would STAY AWAY

Very unprofessional and rude. The facilities were also incredibly sketchy. Their “front office” was more like a dirty shack. Would not recommend.

Worst service ever and shady as you can imagine. Driver towed my vehicle from an apartment complex, I get it. But then the bottom feeding responder who shows up at the yard tries to hustle me for more cash?!? The law states that you are required not to seek more than a certain amount for vehicle retrieval and what happens when I decide to call the cops? The amount magically changes to what it is supposed to be and denies any and all wrong doing. These are dirtbags who take advantage of other people’s misfourtune. In the late night hours be sure to do your research as to what the charge is for retrieval, the time that they are required by law to respond to the yard, and if in doubt, call the cops. Unfortunately a few years later I had to deal with them again as my insurance company sent them to me while I was broken down. They’re clear incompetence manifests when they send a dolly to tow a 9000lb pickup with oversize tires, not a flat bed as requested. No big deal, I’ll just wait another hour while you burn fuel and waste time. Great job guys, keep up the bad reviews.

Ive interacted with them twice. First time was when they towed my vehicle after an accident that wasnt my fault. They were very courteous and empathetic when I went to recover my belongings from my vehicle. The second time was when I had someone park on my assigned spot at my apartment. Oviedo Towing is the company contracted to my apartment. When I called, there was nothing they could do because of what their contract says. However, instead of just saying we cant help you, and hanging up, they took the time to explain why they couldnt, and to help me understand what I can do with the apartment to prevent the issue, based on the type of contract they have. Very courteous and professional company, which is unlike many other towing companies out there.

My car was impounded by the police yesterday morning. I picked it up today from Oviedo towing and instantly noticed that my motor was knocking extremely loud. My car is a rare sports car and was clearly abused by the workers at Oviedo towing. They destroyed my motor and I am out thousands of dollars because of this shady business. Please be aware everybody..

This company prays on the misforThis company prays on the misfortune of others and charges for anything possible. My car was stolen from my home and they charged me 125.00 for the tow (I guess I can understand that) and 45.00 for a registration that I never got a copy of to so called prove vehicle ownership. They wouldnt take a print out from the State of Florida not really sure why because she didnt pull a registration she pulled the same thing I would. Then she tried to validate her reason for the charge to someone that has years of experience in the auto industry. Shame on you for how you do business! Shady company for sure stay away!

My mechanic told me they work with oviedo towing to provide towing for his customers. I called them 2 and half hours ago and I. Still waiting for call from the driver as to his eta...If they ever show up Ill review further...as of right now...terrible service
