I had an amazing experience at Everest dental. Dr. Gayed and his staff are all very nice and friendly. Ray was my dental hygienist and did a phenomenal job during my cleaning. He was very informative, personable and thorough. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and provided such a welcoming environment. I definitely recommend Everest Dental.

I broke a tooth and needed attention as soon as possible. I was able to get in the following morning. Since I was a new patient, I was able to print out all forms and complete them in advance. This meant only about 5 minutes in the waiting area before I was taken back and work was able to start. The doctor and dental assistant both seemed to be very knowledgeable. And the entire staff was very helpful and respectful. The facility was well maintained and sanitized. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

The Dentist, technicians, receptionists all are personable and respectful of you and your time. They do a great job and work with your insurance to receive the best care at the least cost for you. So grateful we found Everest Dental.

My tooth broke and I found out I needed it removed immediately. I was able to get a consultation fairly quickly compared to other offices and I was told I needed to have all my wisdom teeth removed as well as the broken one. Dr. Gayed reassured and explained everything in clear detail, and the staff is amazing. Four less teeth later, I am happy I chose this office!

I had a great first experience! I originally picked this office because 1) the reviews, 2) location, and 3) they accepted my insurance. I found that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the office is immaculate. Everyone here takes COVID19 procedures seriously making it a safe and clean environment. Made an appointment. And on the day of my appointment they call me to reschedule my appointment because they had an emergency. Even though I called on Wednesday to tell them that my face is literally swelling. A clear sign of something serious. But they had a more pressing emergency on Friday and canceled my appointment leaving me to deal with a swollen face over the weekend. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not go here if your emergency isn’t “emergency” enough.

Honestly the most enjoyable dental visit Ive ever had. Dr. Gayed had the steadiest hands Ive ever seen, and he and the staff that supported him did an excellent job ensuring that the fear that comes with dental work was not debilitating. I got the impression that they were working to help me, not to fill their wallets, and they helped walk me through necessary procedures and kept me informed on everything they were doing. Great experience and great staff! I havent been to the dentist in a while and felt no judgement, and better yet, no pain. They do a great job making sure you are doing okay through out your proceedures. I have a hard time speaking up with my social anxiety and going to new places, but they made the whole process simple and easy to ask questions about anything you are getting done. Plus the TVs are a great touch/distraction in the pods.

Dr. Gayed is a wonderful dentist and really makes you fell at ease. He takes all precautions to make sure you are not uncomfortable and takes the time to remember things about his patients. I had four cavities taken care of today and for free, he removed 10-year old glue off of my front teeth from braces because he genuinely cared that I looked my best. The team at Everest is excellent. I have had an exam and two cleanings there, and appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Dr. Gayed took over our previous Dentists office. We have been very happy with him and his staff. He has been patient and open to any questions or concerns. I appreciate that he seems very balanced in his approach. Hes also very sincere, asking about the family and remembers details about us personally.

I’ve been going to this location for over 3 years now and have had a great experience. Initially I was hesitant to go to a chain of dental providers but I’ve had no complaints at all! They are very respectful of your time and hardly ever make you wait more than 10 minutes. My normal hygienist is so sweet and gentle, and the dentist is knowledgeable and patient. They even offer later appointments for people who work an 8-5 schedule. Overall, 5 stars!

Ive had tooth problems my whole life, and Ive been to too many dentists. My teeth are REALLY bad, most of them are broken. I actually found this place because i had a gum infection and needed antibiotics that day.Let me tell you, how a person treats me is very important, and these people are very nice. Ive been yelled at by dentists quite often, so i was expecting the same. Instead they were awesome. I just had a consultation for dentures and i feel confident that after 18 years of tooth pain and people treating me rudely because of my teeth, i will finally have a better quality of life thanks to them. I look forward to my appointments.

“Thankfully I’ve never felt the need in my life to drink coffee or tea,” said the hygienist (with a sigh) as soon as she looked into my mouth. She went on to accuse me of being “addicted to caffeine,” did a substandard cleaning, had a hair-on-fire reaction to X-rays taken six months before, told me that if I didn’t have a deep cleaning I would need procedures that would cost me in the thousands, and finally walked away without saying goodbye or even taking the drool bib off of me. I was freaking out and worried sick about my teeth. However without even another dentist to go to, I withdrew myself and my three children from the services of Everest dental, after years of visiting their location. I knew that I wasn’t pleased with the way I was treated. I felt like the hygienist found me to be repulsive.I have a new dentist, my teeth will be fine, I’m not getting a deep cleaning. I’m much happier.I think that Dr. Gayod is very nice, otherwise this would’ve been a one star review. I made certain the office knew I was unhappy with how I was treated, but they were completely incurious as to what happened to me. That was disappointing.

I am glad that I have visited this place, the staff are friendly, Doctor Gayed done amazing job to my wisdom tooth, and I love the hygienist that worked on my cleaning...Really wonderful place and helped me when I don’t have an insurance! Thanks again!

After calling around and looking for a dentist office in the east Orlando area I came across Everest Dental. Unlike any other dentist they were able to set me up with an exam and cleaning within the same week! Me and my girlfriend arrived at 9 am, a bit earlier than our scheduled 9:30 appointment becuase she had work at 11. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and helped us get checked in quickly. The entire staff was friendly and seemed happy to be at their workplace. I let them know my girlfriend was in a hurry and they had no problem accommodating us and made our visit quick, easy and very helpful. I would suggest this office to everyone and anyone. Being that I only have insurance and my girlfriend doesnt, they made it clear on prices and plans and have great rates as well! The doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions, concerns and I will definitely have Everest Dental as my primary dentist as anyone should! They are great!

I gave it 4 stars because it was the first time we visited Dr. Gayeds office. I was very pleased with how fast I was given an appointment for my daughter and at 8 a.m. so she wouldnt miss any of her classes. I was greeted by all which was very nice and asked if I wanted tea, coffee or water. Everyone took their time in reviewing a dental plan for my child and we were out in about an hour. I would recommend Everest Dental and plan to return for future visits for my family.

Dr Gayed has been my dentist for 2.5 years now. He is professional and helped me with 2 tooth extractions and a crown for a different tooth. Cindy at front desk is professional and friendly. All of the staff is professional and friendly. Your personal dental needs are always met with kindness, and all procedures are explained before hand and prices explained before procedure is done. I highly recommend this office to my family and friends whenever they need a dentist.

First of all the entire staff is to be commended. They have fantastic customer service and office decorum. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Dr. Gayed was great. He was extremely empathetic to my condition. He was professional, but had a sense of humor that put me at ease. He gave me a root canal and the only way I can describe it... pleasant experience.
