Since living in Florida for 9 years, I have had a hard time finding a dentist office that actually works with their patients. Dr Mora-Rosa and his staff are caring and compassionate. They value their patients’ time as much as their own. I have had three dental emergencies in the last 12 months and they treated me with the utmost care. I have recommended them, and will continue to do so.

Brought my mom here to have some dental work taken care of and have her dentures made. Dr. Mara-Rosa and Pam went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and that the dentures were a perfect fit and looked great. I’ve been Dr. Mora Rosa’s customer when he was in sand lake, home moving to the Oviedo office is an upgrade since it’s a newer facility and the atmosphere is just good. Dr. Mora Rosa is great talking to you and explaining what he does and calm you down. I’m extremely nervous going to the dentist and he overcome that easy. The staff is great too, Elizabeth, Pam and Angela. It takes me over an hour to get there and definitely worth it.I see some complaints about waiting for the doctor, it’s not that you’re waiting in the drive through for your Big Mac. Make some time if you want s good job to be done.

I have seen many dentists in my 73 years of life. Dr. Mora-Rosa of Bright Now Dental is the VERY BEST of them all. He is an amazing dentist and man.

If 5 stars are the maximum you can give a Doctor, I honestly think that Dr. Mora-Rosa deserves 10 stars. I went to too many doctors around Orlando area and no one wanted to work on my teeth because they did not want to take a chance due to all my dental issues. I went to see Dr. Mora Rosa at Bright Now Dental in the Oviedo office and he was very honest and told me what needed to be done to get my beautiful smile again. He started working on my teeth and the results were absolutely amazing to the point that my smile is 10 times better than before. Dr. Mora Rosa went above and beyond, due to his work Ethic, Integrity and Honesty that is why he deserves 10 stars instead of 5 stars. I will recommend Dr. Mora-Rosa to any members of my family and friends without a doubt. I tried two other dentists before finally finding out about Bright Now. Very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional staff. They care enough to make you feel comfortable in what at times can be a difficult visit. I highly recommend Bright Now in Oveido Florida.

Dr. Mora-Rosa has been my dentist for about 5 years now. The best dentist I have ever seen. I will see nobody but him. His assistant Pam is amazing as well. The office staff is pleasant and easy to work with. Bright Now Oviedo is an awesome practice that really cares about the patients that they see.

Great welcoming staff! Dr. Mora-Rosa is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable and safe. The staff is personable. My options and situation was explained with clarity. This is a late review but I am finally posting It. I had a TERRIBLE tooth ache, they got me in as fast as they could and had to do a complete root canal for my tooth on the same day appointment, they were great, they made sure they werent hurting me and kept asking me. Does this hurt? I am so sorry. I have never been to a dentist that has cared so much in my whole life. Everyone was kind and nice, I will be returning in the future!

The staff is very friendly. But the procedures are very expensive even with insurance. Out of pocket very high.

My first visit was awesome! Dr.Mora-Rosa is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. He’s so personable and makes you feel very comfortable. Most people are scared to death of the dentist but I promise you that one visit here will have you at ease! I will never go to another dentist and I’m sending my family there as well. The entire staff is great and very helpful! My dental work lasted after hours and work was never rushed but instead completed with my full appreciation. My smile is now great thanks to Dr Mora-Rosa and his staff!!

The place looks really nice and clean but I wait two hours just to see a doctor for three minutes.That’s some thing I will not except Because our time is very valuable.That lady who did the extra she’s phenomenal.I think they need to be more friendly with people

Yesterday for the 1st time in my life I finally found the dental office of my dreams! From the front desk, all the staff and especially Dr. Pedro Mora treated me with great kindness, respect and empathy. They are incredible!!!

If I could leave a 10 start review, I would! I needed to see a dentist on a Saturday (woke up with an abscess tooth and in severe pain- yuck!) and my regular dentist doesnt have Saturday hours. My husband and I spent an hour calling every dentist and endodontist in our area. We were able to reach another Bright Now office who couldnt see me *BUT* they called the Oviedo Bright Now on my behalf (BN Satellite Beach- thank you!) to see if Dr Mora Rosa could squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. I didnt mind driving the hour+ as I just needed help. The entire office staff in Oviedo was amazing (thank you Pam for being extra exceptional!) and the receptionist (didnt catch her name but she contacted my insurance and made that end of things very easy on me). Dr Mora Rosa was more than capable to handle the root canal I needed and did it with compassion, skill and friendly smile. I love this office and am actually thinking I may be a regular patient! Anyone who would go to the lengths they did to ensure my health and sanity is worth it! If youre local to this office, consider yourself fortunate and make them your dental office!

Great customer service and important information to continue working on teeth

This is the type of place where you go in experiencing no pain you got to get a new dentist cuz the old one has retired or something or disappeared you had a good dentist I used to want your teeth checked up and you know that you have cavities someplace that the other doctor told you about that you want fiilled. So I went in under those conditions and after the exam I supposedly had at least two abscesses and needed at least three root canals and they wanted to start by giving me a bridge and and messing up two more teeth cuz they supposedly had beside it because they supposedly had cavities in them and they might as well just file them down and sacrifice them for the bridge. Lets put it this way Im not going back. This is not cuz they flat out lied to me. If I had abscesses if anybody has an abscess two of them were going to know it pain is going to tell us and I dont have pain. Not only that but he was pointing to places on the X-ray that look like any other place that the root of the tooth but this one he said was an abscess. Total scam.

I went to the Oviedo office for an emergency appt due to a severe toothache. The staff there were professional and courteous. The dentist and his assistant were thorough and efficient with great bedside manners. They instantly put me at ease and made me laugh. The dentist diagnosed the problem and offered to take care of it right then when most dentists would have made me come back. Overall, my experience was a really good one. I highly recommend this dentist and staff.

Service was great!! Love Dr. Mora-Rosa, hes gentle and I never feel pain when he does his procedures. Pam was also great and very informative. Was a little disappointed about the charging, I was misinformed about the coverage of my procedures, but overall I have recommended this office to everyone I know!!

First time stepping into a dentist office in way too long and they happened to make it a very easy, comfortable visit. Basically from the moment I walked in to when I left I was pleased with all the service inbetween. Happy to have found a new primary dentist in this place!

I highly recommend bright now dental as an organization. I’m doing my braces with the company and I’m at the Oviedo location. The team it’s doing impressive work for me. And i have to mention peggie one of the technicians is doing beyond outstanding work and Suzanne Ward and the doctor at the Oviedo location are working miracles ... can’t thank the Oviedo team enough... definitely would get every penny worth.

They try to sell everyone a deep cleaning that they dont need

🤦🏽‍♀️ If you can help it avoid this office and company over all. I should note: Ive been in the dental field over 6 years before getting into my career now. I called my insurance to get a list of providers to make sure they would take my dental plan.I walked in and saw the hygienist at the front desk on his phone on Instagram. (Red flag 1) Sure enough after being there for over 2 hours the dental assistant went over the treatment plan with me (red flag 2- if a dental assistant ever presents a treatment plan just leave). This company is just an upgrade from Greenberg or a Heartland dental... which doesn’t say too much.The assistant flat out told me my “insurnace isn’t that great and it’s like I don’t have insurance at all”. So it would be better for me to sign up for care credit. While this maybe true they neglected to even tell me what my insurance WOULD cover. (Red flag 3)They charged me $40 for my exam and X-ray which btw is the price of the new patient exam. I don’t believe they even charged my insurnace.I decided to get a second opinion of my treatment plan and had to call the office 3x to finally obtain my X-rays. (Red flag 4)I would caution anyone to become a patient here save your time and energy and go to a private practice.

Very clean, very professional. Ive changed my dentist 4 times and finally I am feeling confident to choose this office as my family dentist. The doctor and all his assistents are great and care about the patients.

Was not pleased with the fact that they are greedy and money hunger!Got an examination and they did not have any hygienist to do a cleaning. I called another branch to see if I could schedule and they said I would have to do and pay for another examination! Only saying its their policy! Their policy is to extort money from clients anyway possible! There is no reason besides greed, that the same office cannot share result! There would be NO difference!

Best experience at a dentist ive ever had.

Im giving 3 stars because this place is nice, clean and courteous staff BUT my appointment was last minute changed to a later time without even calling to see if that time would work for me and my hygienist was 45 mins late. Maybe in 6 months, Ill be able to rate my experience as a better one.

They were wonderful I went there because I had a infected tooth they didnt try to pressure me into getting other procedures done as many other dentist have in the past they focused on helping my pain Dr Mora-Rosa was so nice and gentle and the staff were nice too.

(The only reason 1 start was picked is b/c you cant post unless you pick one) Very unprofessional. Like many it is hard to get off work and to be able to afford services at dentist offices. I scheduled my appt 2 weeks in advance to have a cleaning (which time was not allotted for at my initial exam) and to have fillings done. When I called and scheduled my appt with the office manager I made it very clear that it is hard to get off work and I would like the most done at the time of my appt that could be. It was discussed that we could do some work but not all, which was understandable. I arrived today for my appt to only be told that only a cleaning could be done. When I asked why since I took time off work and I scheduled the appt specifically to have more than just a cleaning done I was told the Dr makes the final decision. I asked why this was not communicated to me before I came into the appt no real answer was given. I guess my time and business is not valuable to them as they seemed very un-apologetic about there miss communication. Ive worked in the medical field for 12 years and if a patient is scheduled for something they are seen for that and if there is an issue we call the patient to inform them of this ahead of time. This has been a horrible experience with a Dr. office and the customer service is atrocious. Will NEVER go back to this office again. Do not go if you value your time. Also major HIPPA violation at the front desk and not covering up patients names that have signed in as well.
