He was on top of every detail and kept in constant communication, from our first discussion about listing the property through post-closing follow up. We were selling a rental property and a number of problems were identified during the selling process; from a hail damaged roof to an air conditioner that failed two weeks before closing. James went over and above to refer qualified, reasonably priced vendors to make repairs, followed up to make sure the work was completed correctly and kept the closing on track. His attention to detail and follow-through were particularly appreciated since I live out-of-state.
