My husband and I have been using Massey Services Pest Control for 25 years! Initially, they came to our rescue when we had three large carpenter ant nests in our attic. They did a great job and we hired them right then and there for ongoing pest service. The technicians are professional, considerate and courteous. Their prices, very reasonable. Above all, we have never had a problem with pests since we hired them 25 years ago! Thank you Massey for your great service!
My neighbors use Massey for lawn. Every lawn in the neighborhood has been taken over by weeds. I watched the truck on numerous occasions. He parks in front of a house, sits for an hour or so, then places signs in several yards like hes treated the lawns. My direct neighbor used to have beautiful st augustine, now he mostly has crabgrass and other weeds. Youre better off buying a spreader and walking a bag of weed and feed a few times a year. They dont treat, they just advertise a lot.

Weve never had termites, but thats because weve had Termidor treatment from day ONE. Massey is reasonably priced, they also have the newest Termidor technology for installation, and are extremely professional. Dont pay twice the cost for treatment, or get conned into a monthly fee with lesser quality applications, or high pressure sales tactics. Trust Massey. They are also familiar with Floridas 10 year reapplication requirements and wont try to charge you to re-apply every 5 years (like one company local to Oviedo tried to do). A special shout out to Josh who was very helpful and professional. I cant wait to call Arrow and cancel my services (and didnt appreciate Arrow bad mouthing their competition, either). Having a family member up north who is in the pest control business paid off, because many out there dont have a clue! Massey checked all the boxes and we are pleased to work with them.
So when I had my First free initial evaluation with the technician a whole house inspection was not done. They are suppose to check for termites which the technician didn’t do. The technician didn’t even go upstairs to evaluate my upstairs for any pests. I had to call and send pictures of a pest that I thought was a termite. A week after that the we scheduled for the technician to come out and do the first initial application for pests. The technician was good as far as friendly but I just feel like not enough was done. The technician supposedly treated outside, now I don’t know how or when because about a week after the initial treatment we had a huge ant hill in the front of our home. My husband called and they told him someone would be out that day, well of course no one came out that day. I had to call the following day and the lady said o your on for today, we’ll why when my husband was told yesterday, no he wasn’t he’s on for today. I dont see it was scheduled for yesterday, well Yea you don’t see it because it was never put on (another screw up) so that day that they put him on it was about 5:45 no technician still had shown up to my home. Called again and the lady says let me call the technician and see if he is still coming out, puts me on hold, comes back on he isn’t answering. I can keep calling him to see if he answers, have a good day. Goodbye. (Wow) technician showed up about 6pm (I believe) here we are again about 1-2 weeks later and still having issues with pests. I call and of course get that girl name Jessie. Boy she is not pleasant and quick to get you off the phone. Asked for a supervisor because I am not HAPPY with the way they’ve been handling this and she goes well no one is in the office I can put for a call and was ready to hang up. Like wow.. I’m calling because clearly I’m still having an issue, why not try to fix it instead of being quick to hang up! Poor customer service! Now let’s see if a supervisor or manager calls me back! I don’t recommend Massey, I want my money back since their has been no success in treatment. I am going to leave a review on every social media I can because they need to improve their services and customer service skills especially that girl Jessie!!! 😡😡
Be careful, they dont do what your paying them for lawn care. Only saw the guy for only 2 mins, on my property didnt even spray my lawn. I now have so many weeds. Canceled them, after 4 months i am know having to spend 100s to fix what they should of controlled in the first place. Consumers beware
No call no show twice. I WAS a new customer waiting for my homes initial service. It never happened. Worst of all is the they lied about showing up to save face. Many of the reviews and complaints Im reading about show a similar trend. I wish I never called them. I wish I never dealt with the most unreliable salesperson Ive ever encountered. Im glad I didnt give them my credit card information over the phone. We are just so disappointed in them.... UPDATE the medical emergency was the first time no show. I forgave that. However if my paperwork and scheduled appointment was put in the day I signed that medical emergency would be a non factor in my situation.The second is on you and your staff. You lied and said you showed, you didnt. How can you guys look in the mirror? NO ONE has contacted me today from corporate.... Im over this my new pest and lawn service starts this week with another company. Good day
Your pest control guy came into my apartment and berated me over not being able to empty the cabinets in my home. Im a single mom working 3 jobs. I havent had a day off in 7 days, my last shift lasted 17 hours. Im not going to get a day off for another 4 days. A little compassion goes a long way.
Scheduled an appointment to have an estimator come out to my home so I could choose a plan, 30 minutes after our appointment time I call massey and the person coming to my house couldnt be reached. All the info I recieved was that they would text him and hell call me. I have, like most people, things to do and cannot wait blindly. I call the office back and tell the operator that I will leave in 15 minutes of he cannot arrive by then. After we hang up 3 minutes later the estimator calls and says i know hes obviously late and he can be there in 30 minutes.The lack of a call telling me that he was running late from the office or the estimator himself turned me off. A potential first time client shouldnt be kept in the dark

Have had Massey for about 10 years now and have never had any problems. I always get a phone call a day or two before my technician comes out in case I have any concerns or problems. I always get detailed instructions about what was completed and anything I can do to improve my lawn. They even made it easy to manage when I was managing my property from South Florida.
These guys are great. We have used them for a few years now and they take care of our every need. Our rep, Bill answers every question and helped us find a solution to our spider problem. I highly recommend them and and ask for Bill

We had Massey for a year and the grass was worse a year later after they have been fertilizing the grass. I have two cats and they stated when I started the service that they would call the day before they provide service so that I would keep the cats in. This only happened the first visit and did not happen after. This is not worth the money at all.
