I had a utility trailer and a 36 inch hustler mower fixed here and they did an excellent job! Just make sure you get an estimate prior to doing work. The utility trailer had wiring issues and I knew electrical troubleshooting can always be a pain. Provided a great service at a very reasonable price! My mower hasn’t run this good since it was new.

Had my old Satoh Buck tractor repaired with a new clutch. Great service! Not only did they repair the clutch they repaired other minor things that were unnoticed by me. The bill came to much less than their competitors estimate . Very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

Terrible Customer service. Ordered a spreader. Was told it would be in in 2 weeks. 4-6 weeks go by and I call and I am told they had misplaced the paperwork and had forgotten to place the order. They promised to have it there in 2 weeks. 4-6 weeks go by and I called and they promised to have it delivered on a Tue/Wed. Of course no one calls. On Thursday my husband called and was told it will be here on Friday, we will deliver on Friday. No one calls! On Saturday my husband calls on numerous occasions, leaves messages, no return call.

They always do good work. Always stop what there doing to take a look at the equipment we bring in. Inside staff is awesome!

One star (it would be ZERO if I could).I can’t really comment about their prices or service since I was never able to bring my lawn mower there for service. I called to see what the hours were on Saturday and it stated they were closed from 12-1 for lunch (who does this anyway). So I stopped by right at 1:00 p.m. The doors to the shop were unlocked so I went inside. No one was there. I thought that they might be in the back so I called the phone number and no one answered. I waited almost 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. I went home and called again. By this time it was already 1:35 p.m. No one answered at this time as well. I left my name and phone number thinking that I would get a call back later. NOTHING ! I will never use Florida Tractor even though they are only about 10 minutes from my house. I would not recommend them at all !

Made a over the phone order for parts that needed to be shipped in. The process went very smoothly. I recommend this place
