Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining what equipment would work best for my job. Equipment I wanted had a 4 hour rental price and full day price.

Learn something new today. Took my Ridgid hammer drill in to get fixed and found out you had to pay a $30 deposit.

Beware of rental insurance. They added the optional insurance without asking me, and when I was surprised by it when I returned the item they first acted like it was an extra hour charge. When I contested it and they showed me a receipt, the rental insurance was on there. I informed them that I didnt sign up for this and was never even informed of it, and the staff member, with quite an attitude, told me I should have read the fine print (that is displayed on a tiny credit card terminal). Never had this happen before and Ive rented from them on multiple occasions. Was very disappointed by this experience.

Rened equipment to clear some brush

Rented chainsaw, didnt work and immediately returned. Rental was wasted (driving, troubleshooting), no refund. Test all equipment yourself before leaving.
