Fixed two of my three technical issues quickly. The third....not so much.The employee had no idea and left it at that.

Worked with Joe Kenner on establishing new cellular service with Verizon coming from T-Mobile. Joe is a very patient man. We got pretty good promotions to switch our service and Joe explained everything in detail. He also sourced a phone for us that wasnt in stock in the Oviedo store and offered to drive to Casselberry to retrieve another. We got top notch customer service here and very thankful our local store is so friendly and willing to help. Joe was supposed to leave early the day we came in but stay hours after his scheduled shift to make sure our lines were activated and data was moved over. Huge thanks to Joe and Verizon in Oviedo.

Chris did everything known to phone wizards to save the data on my phone after I committed a cardinal phone sin in a boating mishap. Water/phone do not mix, coupled with old phone and old man user........still wish they would make one I could slam down in the receiver.

Pathetic!!Both guys were on their phones the whole time I was asking questions and were not helpful at all....Been with Verizon for a very long time and am thinking its time to change phone carriers...Tired of poor customer service.

Sold me a defective phone and refused to change it when it died 15 days later. They call customer service so I could get costumer support by phone not from the store and 15 minutes later I was still on hold. Then sent me to a corporate store to find out when I got there that it was closed. Very hands off kind of support, meaning we sold it to you but it is no longer my problem.

Favorite Verizon location, service was quick and easy. Travis was the gentleman who helped us, he was very nice and informative. We will be returning to this location, ask for Travis!

This is my Verizon retail store. We have bought all our most recent phones and tablets here. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Today was no exception.Chris and Brandon were on staff and more then friendly. Brandon helped me troubleshoot my wifes tablet which was having significant issues. He patiently assisted while we worked with my wife over the phone. Eventually, he was able to fix the issue.Of course, because this isnt the first issue with this tablet, he sold me on an upgrade, helped me with a discount, and transferred service to it flawlessly.Great store - great staff. I was so happy when I left your Oviedo location. All reps were great. I had alot of issues coming in...great location.

Sales person placed tempered glass on our phone without asking us if we wanted to purchase it. The glass was $49.00. After we got home we noticed the charge on our bill. We were able to get one refunded within the store and the second was refunded after contacting their customer service team via email. All in all they would have definitely received a 5 star review from us had they simply been honest. The rest of our experience was way better than any other service we have received with other providers.

I came to the store because my phone was not working due to water damage. I didnt have insurance on it and still owed $300 something on the phone. I wasnt expecting them to be able to help me at all. But he got me a brand new phone and saved me about $400. I was so happy and thankful. I dont know what I wouldve done without his help. Very much appreciated it. Would recommend to friends n family definitely.

I came in to replace my phone, as I had dropped it in water. I was greeted and given service immediately and had all of my questions answered thoroughly and accurately. I was made aware of a deal to help me save on the upgrade, and now I have a new phone. Very satisfied with my visit. We came to Verizon to get a new phone for my daughter and walked away with two new phones ( one for me also!) and a Galaxy tablet and a better monthly plan for little more than we are paying now. We came into Verizon on a whim for a charger for my friend, who isn’t even a Verizon customer. We were welcomed inside, treated to complimentary snacks and drinks, asked how our phones were doing and if they needed servicing, and had overall the best experience. My friend will likely be switching over to Verizon in the near future, because of the excellent experience we had. Sometimes Verizon can feel a little pricey, but you’re definitely getting what you pay for. Very glad to be a Verizon customer.

He was genuinely concerned and interested about my issue and went to work on it right away. Since there are so many cell phone companies out there to choose from Verizon is truly blessed to have someone like Jeremy working with your firm. It is definitely in Verizons best intetest to hold onto someone like Jeremy and hopefully you have many more people like him. Todays experience was TOP NOTCH!!!!

This is the Verizon store at the corner of Lockwood and 419. I always have a great experience here! Alicia was so patient helping me transfer Lukes phone back to my account from his fathers account, so I could fix the problem. I also had to upgrade my phone because I couldn’t hear my calls. I wanted a particular phone and Alicia had the phone brought to the Oviedo store. I left feeling extremely satisfied with making these expensive decisions. I have been a Verizon customer since cell phone became a thing. Verizon by far has the best service! ❤️🧡💛💚💜When you have 1st world problems. God is great!

I had got into an car accident last night and lost my phone. So I came in with auntie to go about replacing my lost phone because I’m traveling home to Indiana next morning and needed a phone for travel. The rep mailed a new phone to my address in Indiana as well as gave me a temporary phone for the time being. I came in to the store to get a new phone since my old one was giving me problems. The rep in store (James) that day greeted me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome. He offered me coffee or water which was nice. I was in a rush to get to work and mentioned that to him so he helped me get in and out just in time for my shift with everything working perfectly.

First time going to this location and I have to say everything was outstanding. The level of service is unmatched among other locations and Andrew was especially helpful with getting the best deal I could possibly get when switching over my number to a new carrier. This location has hidden fees that they do not disclose. There is an additional $35 in store activation fee for a new phone, along with the $40 activation fee you will get from Verizon. Luckily my wife noticed this on the payment screen or we would have never known. We are calling management to discuss this. If you order online, there is no additional fee.There is clearly a push for certain phones as well. My wife was strongly pushed away from a phone she really wanted about a month ago, and today we were told, it was just that other persons opinion.Lastly, we were told there was a lifetime warranty on the screen protector with free replacements, and today we learned of a $7 shipping/handling fee. Its one thing after another.

I came in to upgrade two of my phones. I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and I was very happy with the service and the fact that I finally have a store closer to my home. The rep went out of his way to go pick up a phone from another store that they did not have in stock, and I was greatly appreciative of his going out of his way.

Ever have one of those days where your schedule is packed, youre trying to meet deadlines, keep your kid from melting down, prep for a meeting...and your phone battery decides to heat up your entire phone to the point where it starts burning your leg through your pocket? I had no phone and a 2 hour window to resolve the issue. Fortunately, Andrew understood. He helped me figure out the least expensive, most efficient way for me to get a new phone immediately and, when he found out there werent any of the specific model needed for this on hand, he left the store he was working at early and drove across town to meet me at the store nearest my next deadline, got me a new phone, set it up, and even pulled options for cases so all I had to do was pick between them. Instead of seeing the crazed look of stress on my face and running the other way, he handled it and made that part of the stress go away. This is an amazing example of customer service, so Im using my new phone to let people know that Andrew went above and beyond and made a huge positive impact on what was a very stressful day. I was having terrible service issues with my previous phone provider. I was not able to receive phone, make calls out, receive text messages or send text messages. It was horrible! It made no since that I could drive all around Orlando and have service and as soon I drive over to Eutis or Groveland I had no service, if there was an emergency on the road I would be stranded without phone service being available. Thank God for Verizon, I have service everywhere I go. I no longer have to worry. I’m really grateful for the customer service that I received at this Verizon store. Especially the sales rep Andrew, he was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about every device I laid my hands on. I decided to go with the IPhone and he was able to transfer everything from my previous phone to my new phone. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service.
