We spoke to Nicollete at Spectrum Business about a promotion for 3 telephone lines and 200 mbps internet speed for 117.00 the first year and 177.95 the second year. After realizing that we were already a faithful spectrum client for many years with only 100 mbps and 3 lines paying 190.00, her whole attitude changed. Now she wanted to raise the price to 277.95 for 200 mpbs. Why should existing clients pay so much more for slower internet than new clients. They had no stock on routers or modems due to storms over the weekend. This is understandable. The bigger issue is they had no way call other locations to check if they had any. I drove to 3 locations before being told they were out all over central Florida. Customer care had no way to check stock levels either. A phone company should probably be able to call their stores on the phone.
Excellent customer service, I went to exchange a router and the gentleman that helped me (Yanni) was courteous, kind and definitely knowledgeable of the products, services and setup. He was able to reduce my bill and got me a free phone line and TV service for the house for less than the price I was paying before.
What a joke. Poor customer service. You can not even return your cable boxes in at this location. You have to go to the UPS store. Four employees just sitting around. I would strongly suggest another provider.
OUTSTANDING customer service! Chris was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me transfer my data to my new phone! Love that you can walk into a store!!!Also, you can schedule an appointment so you are on your own schedule and no waiting around for long periods of time!

Waited over 40 minutes just to drop off a broken cable box. I havent been to other Spectrum locations, but this one should really consider making separate lines for cell phone set ups/help, and equipment drop off.
I was a customer for close to 20 years(previously BrightHouse), finally cancelled all my service with them. I got tired of them raising my bill and the constant intermittent dropped service. Worst company ever. Good riddance.The lady in the office wanted to argue with me over equipment that I already paid for.The CEO got paid like $100M, how much did you make this year?
Really clean locationI got their around four pm and waited for about ten minutes before being helped.They then switched out my modem and cable box and I was done.Great service
Spectrum customer service told me to drop off and return my equipment to this store. As soon as I entered the store and they saw my equipment, the workers told me I have to go to a UPS Store instead. I called Spectrum after I left and they confirmed this location accepts equipment.
Very convenient to start new services or to exchange equipment if a box goes bad. They say they are focusing on mobile sales, which is a longer transaction so if are dropping off equipment it should go to any UPS store.
Worst service and treatment! I waited 30 minutes but it wasn’t my wait even though I thought the guy in there was just goofing around and didn’t have any interest in servicing customers. Not engaged. It was that I stood there the entire time and no one ever acknowledged I existed. I stood there for 17 minutes with another person who also just wanted to return equipment. No one said a word to her either. The guy waited on one person then it was to be my turn. He never said a word and went to the back room and disappeared for quite some time. Then he cane out and started conversing with another employee who appeared and said she had an appointment with a customer. He continued to personally chat with her and after a few minutes said someone would be with me shortly. Then logged back in to a computer he was already using and said ok ma’am I can take you over here. I exchanged a modem. He did a bunch of weird walking around in cabinets like he was looking for one then reached in the cabinet directly behind his computer and pulled one out. As I signed my ticket he was already 8 feet from his station walking away, turned around and said thank you ma’am is that it? I just grabbed the box and walked out. Whatever!I sure hope the other lady was treated better. We were both waiting. The other spectrum person was assisting an elderly gentleman the entire time. She never said anything either. A little eye contact and communication goes a long way!!!!! Just saying
I walked into this location and spoke with this individual named crystal after having several problems online attempting to purchase a package deal. Crystal was so kind and informative and took the time to show me all the proper packages and prices. I must say I was not going to subscribe to spectrum but now after speaking with her it’s a done deal!!
Terrible internet service, far under what we are paying for and shuts off daily for mins to hours cause by some unknown reason. Getting in touch and getting actual help from customer service is a nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone

I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are from but I had wonderful experience. I was quickly attended to when I walked in. Yanni was extremely helpful in a very complicated situation that I was having. He was able to get me set up with internet and mobile services that night and at the best rates! He was very professional, kind, helpful, fast and just a cool guy. The lady that was working with him was very sweet as well. I highly recommend the Oviedo store!
Very disappointed with the ability of the in store staff to get things solved. They have it set up like a bank tellers where you stand as they sit and work on their computer. How long do you think a transaction should take then? Every time I have been there (4 total times) it has taken over 30 min. -- Banks dont even do that anymore. Also I has taken over a month to do the following, add VOIP home phone to existing cable service -charged $45 for tech to come set it up (and it doesnt work for outgoing calls- we can hear them but they cant hear us), and move 2 iphones from ATT to Spectrum Mobil. They told us before we started the process that we didnt need to buy new phones, but 3 times during the process they said they couldnt get one phone to work on their system and the best solution was getting a new phone, after insisting they open a ticket and CC the ticket to us, over the phone support team got it working so even after the number finally was ported and working, on the original iphones, they had the nerve to call and say they couldnt do it and we should come back in. But now I have to troubleshoot to see how to get the VOip to work and try to get the refund/credit for the service call.
This is a review for my visit on 1/7/21 and how I was racially profiled by Yanni, the customer service agent:I ordered two phones online, but then realized there is a Spectrum Mobile store in my area and I could get them quicker if I cancelled the order and purchased them in store. I needed one of them asap because it is a replacement for my currently broken phone. The customer service agent named Yanni refused to help me at first and kept trying to talk me out of cancelling the order for whatever reason (my guess is he didn’t feel like doing any work or I was being racially profiled and he didn’t want to help me with new phones). Then when I mentioned what phones I wanted he kept saying he wasn’t sure if they had them, and it would only take a few days to receive my order that I placed. Finally I talked him into checking and decided what phones I wanted.When he pulled up my account, he said there was a hold on my account until the last payment on my internet account processes, gave me back my id and said he couldn’t do anything. I ended up calling customer service and they fixed the issue within minutes. The reason I am writing this review is apparently Yanni called Spectrum’s fraud department and said that he thought I was “suspicious” per the phone call I received from Spectrum’s fraud department today. He had my ID, verified who I was, I answered all the account questions he had correctly, but I seemed suspicious to Yanni so he refused to help?!Listen, if you refuse to help me because you’re being lazy and don’t feel like doing anything, or racially profiling me, I would be more appreciative if you just said that. But making things up and saying it was suspicious that I needed a replacement phone that day is a little ridiculous and horrible customer service from Yanni.

I guess it’s really up to who takes care of you!!! I was helped, I walked in and was immediately by an young lady by the name of Crystal. Why her name because credit is due where credit is earned. She not only helped me. But took the time to give me all the necessary information I was looking for. So I purchased a tv & Internet package and also scheduled an appointment to to purchase a multiple mobile plan from her.Thank you Crystal. And Spectrum.
Bad Service, Bad Service, there is no way to tell or word to describe the bad service and the mistreatment you receive from a young emloyee that is less then half of my age and treat me with disrespect and forget about curtesy tht is not even a word in hervocabulary
Mohawk man manager watched 7 people wait one hour for someone who didn’t know what an iPhone is. Go somewhere else. One worker while others do nothing. 10/10
We elders came to the Oviedo store because the Spectrum salesman, Vinney, sold us the phone plan and said to “just come in and they will transfer from old plan to Spectrum”.Salesmen need to come in to see all these technicians have to do! Crystal Vega has worked all morning and into afternoon helping us! We weren’t told we should make an appointment so during her helping us, another elderly couple who did have appointment showed up.This young lady helped all four of us at the same time until she got us to the point where she could attend to the other couple while our service got transferred. During all this time she never lost patience, had to call my StraightTalk to resolve issues, etc. and always had a great attitude!Thank you, Crystal! Spectrum is very blessed to have you.
These people are thieves. The companys customer service is absolutely terrible. Dont expect to get any issues resolved. And worse, be prepared to be treated like they couldnt care less whether you were a customer or not.
Horrible service! After spending an hour on the phone to find out my router went bad and I need to come into the store to switch it out. So I get here there’s 2 people working only one is helping customers, the other is just standing next to him watching him, I’ve been here 45 mins now and I’m still sitting just to switch a product that is broken!!!!

States mobile.. but its for cable as well... so thats confusing.. they have nunorous6cell phone items inside. Very new building. When you walk in you are presented with a tablet and hand sanitizer. Right in front. So you enter your name and your placed on a waiting list. All Names are on the tv screen. You browse or just have a seat on the square ottoman around the room. Or stand. I sat. Seemed like 3 other individuals was waiting. Basic issues... return equipment or exchanges. Not long of a wait, no longer then 10 mins. My turn came up I was called up. Change my old equipment for new wifi equipment. Signed a paper. And Im on my way.. i gave spectrum 4 stars cause as a company your a whole. The customer service representative on the phone with my issues told me I needed to get new equipment, which is a lie. Wasted my time
