This UPS store used to be the friendliest and most helpful UPS store around. I dont know if it changed ownership but now some of the employees that work there are the most caustic and disrespectful people around.

Very important package that I was sending was lost in the store. They would not refund me and they charged me to send the package a second time. They said I should have tracked the delivery of my package sooner. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business. Stay away.

Shipped a package of some cards I was selling from this location, and the package was returned to me by the receiver ripped open, contents stolen, and replaced with stuff not even remotely close. You can see where they cut to open and where someone tore it and resealed clear as day.ill change if i find out it happened somewhere else along the line but all im saying is ive never had problems shipping stuff from other places before

Worst UPS store I have been in. The worker Barrett was not helpful at all. I needed to simply print some documents. Any other ups store I have been in they take my usb and charge me 0.20 per page. I needed to print 3 pages. When I walked in I told him I needed to print some documents, he told me to go to the computer and print them from there, well the computer doesn’t pull up usb docs and the Internet wouldn’t work to print from my email. At the end I asked him if he could just take my ubs and print the copies from his computer, he said no but that I could email it to the store and he would print for me. All of this took way too long and he ended up charging me $3 for computer use that HE told me to use and 0.35 per copy! I way over paid. Barrett clearly does not know what he is doing and that ups store clearly has employee that like to take advantage of customers. Thief’s! Never going to that ups store again! Customers be aware!

Store does not close at 630pm, it typically closes earlier around 625p monday - friday. came here on many occasions and the store is closed a few minutes before its time.

Lost Chainsaw although very upset .Manager have gone out of there way to pursue and investigate .Racheal the daughter is following up every week . Much appreciateThat .The problem is not the store itself I have always gotten awesome service .So I amend my summary ..Still upset and disappointed at where the incident happened and looking for a resolution

Employee shoved a customerWhen I walked in the employee was arguing about a box. The customer from my understanding wanted one and he said he couldn’t give him one. The employee helped me then the man again. They continued to argue. As I was leaving the complex I saw the man come outside looking upset and angry. THEN THE EMPLOYEE STORMS OUT AND SHOVES THIS CUSTOMER.I’m not sure what was said or done when I left the store but I was shocked that regardless of what happened inside when I wasn’t there that an employee would shove a customer and not only that but would follow him outside to do it.I went in to ship a package ( the company told me the shipping cost should be $7) I spent about $12. I was told 1 day shipping was my only option even though I was in no rush. Maybe that was right but it sounded like it was over priced and strange that one day was my only option.

This is the second time I had a bad experience with the oriental person. He refused the package because it was 35 pounds and also refused to let me print the label for Amazon return. He told me to take it to another store!I’m very disappointed. I will take my business somewhere else!

I don’t generally go out of my way to make a poor review, especially towards a small business owner. However, I am floored by the lack of customer service this OWNER provides. I walked in today with several boxes that I needed to return to Amazon... He would not except them because they were not sealed and ready to go. All other UPS drop off locations I have been to have always not only accepted the unsealed boxes but even taped them for me. But OK so maybe that’s his policy… The real reason I felt the need to get on and post a review about his terrible customer service is because he argued with the customer in front of me for several minutes and was so combative and unprofessional ... to the point that I was so uncomfortable that I almost wanted to just walk out anyway. I’m just shocked that that’s how this man treats his customers. I would avoid this location and find another nearby ... there are plenty of other locations that treat their customers with respect and appreciation.

I came in this evening about five minutes before closing time (6:25 pm) to fax a life altering document that had a 7 pm deadline. I apologized for cutting it so close but explained that this was extremely important with a looming deadline. The clerk smirked at me and claimed he could fax it but could not provide me with a confirmation sheet as it would not be ready before they closed. If he had time to fax it he had five minutes to provide me with the confirmation page! For a store that offers a product that can easily be acquired by FedEx Im surprised at the poor customer service I experienced. I will not be returning to your store and Ill be letting my Oviedo neighbors know they should take their business elsewhere!

Here is my favorite quote, We dont do online printing orders even though weve done them at that very store many times before, and its already been ordered and paid for. To the management of this store, hire better employees. Whoever was working on 4/30/2016 at 12:30pm cant do their job.

I uploaded a document to The UPS Store website through my account, requested and paid for the copies online to be picked up at this location by the following morning. A few hours later, I received an email notification that the job was complete and ready for pickup. Twenty-four hours later, I stop by the location to pick up my copies and am advised by the manager/owner that 1) he never got my job and that 2) the copies had not been done. In actuality, he received the job online, but did not accept it and does not make the copies until the requester physically arrives to get them. He states that the UPS home office sends the email about the job, he has nothing to do with online UPS services, and sees none of what I pay The UPS Store for the copies. He then makes the copies and sends me out the door with my copies in a plastic Publix shopping bag (because they dont give him boxes.) Next time, I will use Fedex.

Ordered online color prints on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 5:39pm. Called up the store first to find out when theyd be ready for pick up. Was told they were ready for pick up.Reached the store around 6:15pm the same day. Asked this youngish (in all respects) guy, Leith, if the order was ready. He then asks if I wanted the prints to be on 67lbs cardstock instead of the 80lbs that I paid for online, as he was out of the latter. Before agreeing to print, I asked him if they charge the same amount for 67lbs color cardstock and 80lbs. He immediately became abrasive and shrugged that they do not but that he cant refund me as I had ordered the prints online and that he couldnt return 16 cents. Then I wanted to know how much it costs for 67lbs color cardstock printing, to which he rather flippantly responded not knowing. When I said that he should know as he works there, he shot back with a sneer, NO, I do not NEED to know that! and then proceeded to bring the print copies which had very poor color quality.Having used UPS in New York for color printing before and being quite pleased with the quality, I was taken aback and asked the guy what settings he had for the print. He said he had the highest quality setting, but in the very next statement contradicted himself saying that the print settings are fixed and he cant change them. When I demanded a better quality reprint, he rudely claimed that he would cancel my online order so I wont have to pay a dime for the copies. I doubt he cancelled the order as my credit card was charged.This guy either needs to undergo proper training in how to be a competent professional in a service-driven industry, or needs to find a job where he wont need to demonstrate interpersonal skills, which he grossly lacks.

Horrible experience! Never use this office for international shipping. First envelope they didnt print the adress correctly. The printed the copy of my package label to review and sign, everithing on that copy was correct, however when they printed the label house number was missing. They returned the package and when I went back to the office to complaint Rachel was rude and screaming at me trying to make it look that was my mistake and then when I showed her the receipt and copy of label she couldnt explain to me how did that mistake happened. They gave me my money back but when I sent a second envelope to the same adress it never reached the destination cause they forgot the name of recipient on label. They fail twice!!!!

Went to the store to make some copies and overnight an envelope. The lady was extremely rude. She had an annoyed tone and very short to respond before I asked my questions. I ended up telling her to forget about and I went to the USPS in downtown. That is not a good way to keep customers :(

On Tues May 26, 2015 a 6:19pm, doors locked. Posted hours show open until 6:30 pm. Posted hours cant be trusted. Dont rush to make it after work before they close.
