One of the best title companies Ive worked with. They made sure to close on time, despite having very short notice. I highly recommend their services. Their team does everything they can to ensure a smooth closing.

Owner does not honor what she quoted on seller closing costs. Once the closing has been funded they play the You had a chance to catch our mistake and did not too bad customer. No professionalism,lack of email replies,owner hangs up on customers,etc. They claim they are COVID safe but none of the employees wear face masks! Just a overall bad experience!

In response to the review from Kelly Ward, I attended a closing at Cobblestone Title and in reading her review, I think it was the same day. When I came in there was a ‘lady’ in the lobby slouched down on the couch with her feet on the table and appeared in need of some sleep. During our closing I could hear her in the lobby trying to work out an issue with her bank trying to get a wire processed and she used some pretty ugly language, definitely not professional. I have been to many closings at Cobblestone Title and never have experienced anything but the best service.

I would not recommend this title company. They rushed me through my process and told me they had another customer coming in one hour I told them I thought I was a customer as well. Onie Kane yelled at me on the phone and told me that I treated her place like a pig pen. I had injured my back the day before so I had put my foot up on the table the small wood round table in the waiting room. This is the most unprofessional title company I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them to anyone I would not give any stars if that were possible.

Do not use Cobblestone Title Services. They repeatedly screwed up what should have been a very simple closing. There were repeated mathematical errors in financial calculations. Incorrect amounts of money were withheld and checks were dishonored. The whole closing was jeopardized. The main agent, Onie, repeatedly made mathematical mistakes. Instead of correcting her errors, she lashed out and became very unprofessional. There are many, many title agents in Orlando. Choose a different one.

So we have been doing business with Cobblestone Title for over 3 years now and its the only company we use for all of our closings. We always deal with Kathy Ortiz and she get the job done always very quick. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer all those tough questions. The things we love about Cobblestone Title is that Kathy is always available to talk to us, she always finds a quick solution to all the issues that from time to time arrive. We feel like we have a partnership with the treatment we get from her. They are very flexible with their time. There fees are very competitive too! Onie Kane is the best closing agent Ive ever used, excellent work ethic, goes way beyond normal service. Regarding that bad comment on here, the buyers lender probably sent the loan package late, happens all the time and thats typically not the title companys fault.
