If I could get a no star review, I would.Alas, 1 star will have to do....even though they don’t even remotely deserve it.This location sent a team to Texas to help with the aftermath of the winter storm.The team from this location is absolutely terrible.They have no regard for personal items.They broke a home security system. Smashed it to pieces to be exact, and then claimed to not know anything about it....They cut...I repeat, CUT the internet and phone lines, and when asked about it they literally ran to their truck and sped away.They took a break and took down personal holiday boxes off a wall (where they were perfectly placed and stored) to SIT on them....and they not only broke the box, but also broke the contents.If you need any services of this type, do NOT use this company and especially this location.

This team did an excellent job in my house taking care of everything, Josh and his team gave me all the necessary attention. I would recommend this servpro one and a thousand times more 👍🏼

This team was sent to Texas to assist with winter storm clean up. They managed to cut the lines to our Internet, destroy our alarm key pad (and then try to cover it up), throw away things that they were told to keep, and even steal shop vac attachments. They left their trash all through our garage, took it upon themselves to use storage bins with fragile items as seats to take their breaks on...the list goes on and on. Lucky me I normally live in Orlando, so I know who NOT to call.

Very professional did a great job

Servpro of Oviedo is fantastic. We used them recently to clean our carpets, tile and some chairs. They did a great job, were quick and efficient in the their work, and the techs that came stayed focused on doing the best job they could. They left our house looking much better. I would highly recommend them.

Water clean up was great. Some of the staff was professional. It is not even 30 days and they sent our billing to collection. This was due to a water leak by someone in the suite next to our suite. Our insurance co. is looking over their bill and it will be paid. So i feel this was unnecessary and very unprofessional.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job of removing all the water from my home, removing all the damaged carpet, wood floors. Baseboards, etc to ensure my home was dried out in an expeditious manner that prevented much greater damage.They are very professional and deliver quality service.Thank you Brian and team for doing all you could to dry out my home while we were on vacation.Excellent Service

We recently had Servpro clean the carpets and tile at the chamber and they look brand new! Dark stains are gone and the crew was prompt and professional. We will definitely use them again.

This company is punctual, professional, dependable and thorough. They were out at our office within 45 minutes of being called and they went to work immediately. They were helpful and polite.I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them if you have a disaster you need to recover from.
