Restorative Pros was awesome! Joel came out, did a thorough assessment and got an estimate to me quickly. We weren’t ready to move forward right away. After a few weeks I called and said we were ready and he came out the next day! Tiffany and Ashley, at the office, always answered phone calls and emails almost immediately. The techs who worked on the house, Ray, Mark, Bradley and Efrain were super nice to our family. They did a great job cleaning up every day. I really appreciate Restorative Pros and will definitely call them again if we have another leak.

It was my first time dealing with a mold issue. I, did my research on Google and there reviews was what led me to choosing restorativepros. The initial phone call was awesome, they asked a lot of questions regarding my issues and concerns. Also, how quickly I wanted to set an appointment so they could send a technician out to our house. Once, my info was provided to there tech Joel, I was contacted by him personally. Joel was very polite, attentive and was working around my work schedule. We set a date an time for Joel to come out. When Joel arrived, he was very friendly and informative of what we would be doing and how he would be handling the issue. At the end of Joel visit, I felt very satisfied with his effort and work ethic and mainly on how he explained things throughly. I’m please to say, I picked the right company to contact. Restorative pros have been wonderful from start to finish. Joel came out to evaluate the area of concern the same afternoon I called. They had an estimate for me the next day. Even though it was a Friday before a long weekend, they were able to send a technician to the house to place the dehumidifier and air purifier so that we could minimize the moisture exposure and subsequent damage. Their technicians have been knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They listened to and addressed all of our concerns. The office staff was also very pleasant and professional. We had a pipe leak in the attic and it caused a decent amount of water damage. Restorative Pros was able to remove and clean up the damage and get everything dried out. We felt like Roberto was a new member of the family because he came by every day to check on the progress and make adjustments as needed. Hopefully Ill never need their services again, but if I do I wont hesitate to call.

Adam went above and beyond from the minute I put in a request. Adam called within a half hour outside of normal business hours and drove to my home that same night to address the issue. From the first time Adam showed up until well after the job was finished, he assisted in every way doing a great job and offering great advice. We discovered our dishwasher had been leaking and mold was on the wall behind it when we got a new one installed. My wife found Restorative Pros thru Home Advisor, with excellent reviews. They came the same day we called and got to work right away. They assisted us with contacting our home insurance to get them paid and set up a dryer and airfilter to get started. It took several days to get the removal done since air analysis was necessary before and after removal of the affected areas, but they got it done ASAP. We especially appreciate the great job done by Joel and Ray and all involved. I highly recommend them! Our air conditioning happened to go out several days but they never complained about the heat.

I just wanted to thank Joel Lebron for coming out and being so professional and informative. He really saved the day. I have several rental properties in the area and will not hesitate to use Restorative Pros again. We had two plumbing leaks and I had removed the wet drywall and base molding and sprayed over-the-counter anti-mold agent as a preventative measure. Was recommended Restorative Pros after finding water damage and mold growth. Ashley was very nice to speak with on the phone and had Adam out here same day taking a look at things. This is in response to an emergency we had during the holidays in which a spontaneous water leak caused a big change of plans since our kids were home from the Military. We were waterlogged in the attempts to try and vacuum the water up to no avail. I awakened and call our home warranty company after we found the source of the leak since the water we were standing in were hot. After discovery we turned off the hot water tank. by then water had damaged three rooms. Robert Martinez came in and were so professional, knowledgeable, skillful and friendly . Mildew and mold was already forming and carpet were beginning to smell. They quickly after testing brought in blowers to place in the three rooms. Please do not hire RPI, I made the mistake and am stuck with damages and mold that was contracted to be removed, not only that but they brought in dirty machines into my home making my family and I very ill. When confronted about the mold left behind, they victim blame and told me I had to pay more to remove the mold. They damaged brand new furniture as well as spilled paint on my carpets and cabinets. They attempted to alter the result of post remediation testing because we were not in the home, they left air scrubbers running, not once but twice, and they were told they had to turn them off.RPI also removed the wrong wall, even though they had a mold protocol to follow. They have shown incompetent and complete lack of quality with care of the homes they’re supposed to be caring and most importantly protecting.

Bradley gave us an excellent and professional service.Explained the whole process and he followed the covid protocol with mask and gloves and he always had a great communication.I definitely recommend this company.

We had a water container break in a closet and go undiscovered for months until the mold was thick. It made me so sick I was thinking Id have to move out. We got 3 bids and went with Restorative Pros and what a miracle Adam Shenata worked. He was quick to start, thorough, professional, very careful with our home (covering carpet so as not to walk on it) and did the least possible destruction to totally remove the mold. The HEPA filters were employed for 3 full days followed by fogging of the area involved. What a total relief and I can breath again!

After only owning our house for a year and a half,we found our house was loaded with mold. We were devastated. Joel and his team assured us they would be able to get rid of it. They were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They treated us with respect and made us feel like family. After they finished removing the mold, we walked in and couldn’t believe the job they did. It was incredible. Your non-visual assessment over the phone was spot on, which another Restoration company echoed when they were here this morning. I have contacted a cleaning company, who are coming Tuesday morning to clean my ducts, vents and surrounding area of the openings. I also contacted my regular A/C company to clean and service my A/Cs. I will be replacing the foam insulation tapes around each vent. This is the best restoration company in Florida! We had a incident in the middle of the night where our ac vent was leaking in our attic which caused the ceiling in our dining room to completely collapse on our table. We called and were immediately put in touch with Joel, he was at our house within 40 minutes of our call. Even though it was about 230 in the morning he arrived with a smile on his face ready to help us get things going to get the situation under control. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and treat you as if you are family. These guys are real pros. They worked directly with the insurance company and got a quick approval to set up the equipment. They did a meticulous job. And when it took extra time for the equipment to clean the air, time which was not covered by insurance, they worked with me to keep the additional cost down.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak the morning we were leaving town for Christmas. Restorative Pros sent Roberto to our home within an hour of being contacted. Half the family left with Dad on the plane while Mom stayed to do damage control. Upon arrival, Roberto immediately assessed the situation and took charge. He helped clear the entire laundry room/pantry. He explained the process of working with our insurance company and helped determine what would be covered before he began. He helped finish clearing out the water, sprayed an anti-fungal agent, and then he set fans up to dry. A few days later, he removed the flooring as well. He then, graciously agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster later in the week, so my wife could catch the last plane of the day to join our family. When we returned from Christmas, we had a dry laundry room. We had a check from our insurance adjuster covering the cost of repairs, including some physical items that were ruined. Roberto had been careful to show all of the damage on our behalf. Insurance fairly reimbursed us, and we did nothing. Roberto stepped into our place so we would be able to celebrate Christmas together. Despite the inconvenience of the flooding and the travel adjustments, etc., things went as smoothly as possible. Restorative Pros took care of our home when no one else could following Hurricane Irma. After several attempts to find remediation we called Restorative Pros. Carlos came out immediately and even got out of his car and physically climbed over the debris blocking our neighborhood to get to our home. We had severe water intrusion inside our home due to the water pressure under the ground. They promptly brought in equipment (when no one else had it) and left it in our house until it was completely dry. Should this not have happened as quickly as it did, my household of 7 would have had to vacate due to mold. We are very appreciative of the service and quality provided by Restorative Pros. Mr. Joel Lebron went above and beyond on Monday to assist me on US192 when my car ran out of gas while on my way home from work. The nearest gas station was about 1mile away, but it was starting to rain, and I feared the worse. During the hurricane I left my house to find safety. But when I returned home it broke my heart to see all the water damage. All work was completed in a timely manner, too. We already paid them and they came back when we asked them. This was even after getting paid, to re-fog a bathroom, just in case (It had already been done, but there was so much moisture exposure due to another companys fault). They went the extra mile and that is appreciated.
