I was looking for a facility to store my 26 foot cabin cruiser boat. And I found this place to be right for my needs Including security large parking and accessibility. This is a great location for that.

Walked by, not a customer. Frequently entrance is blocked by line of cars waiting for Starbucks drive thru. Morning rush hour!

Came to see a man about a boat. Turned out we were in the wrong spot. But these people had a pretty decent parking lot.

These ladies are GREAT. They let me know everything upfront. Very informative and knowledgeable. Fast service and I had to go to work. I highly recommend this Storage facility. The price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier that I sign a lease with them. You will not be disappointed.

Tenice was a great help - I couldn’t get into the gate and she did get with helping me and also helping me transferring to a bigger storage.

I spoke with Tina whom took my payment but somehow my card didn’t go through without me knowing. I called to find out what happened. They have a lady named Karen in the office who is very disrespectful and ignorant who automatically had a attitude and hung up when I asked to speak to Tina. This lady is very unprofessional. Expect to be hung open because she can’t hold a conversation about a dispute.

Bait and Switch. You can go through the reservation process and think you are getting a decent deal. But when you show up they will demand more or require you to provide proof of insurance. They do not mention this anywhere and wont provide any written confirmation at all. Even when requested. They took my reservation fee online and not once did it mention insurance. If a company cannot be honest with what is required when you sign up, then dont expect them to be honest in the future. If its a state requirement, then it should show it in the price and not wait until you go to sign the lease.

Great service and easy processing. In need of a nearby storage facility, I made one trip to Aloma Self Storage and was convinced it would be the right choice. The units are clean and easily accessible. I am happy I chose Aloma Self Storage and would recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a customer for 15 years and they are charging me $186 for 10 x 15. Rip off! Watch out there is much better price elsewhere. And when I called and asked her to match the market price she told me no it doesnt work like that and everybody gets an increase every 6 months.

Its simple to get there, and easy to get in, but you cant walk in as a pedestrian if its after hours, as the exit is trigger by car-weight. The price creeps up steadily over time, but its $20 at a time if your late even a single day. No dumpster on site for obvious reasons. Also, the music at night is terrifying. Staff is nice though, and the driving space is clean.

My experience with this location is definitely the best storage experience I have ever encountered. From the moment, I was purchasing my storage unit til the day I had to vacate I was provided with the best customer service and the cleanliness of the facility crossed off all of my standards and I definitely will be recommending this location to others for their moving needs. Also, I absolutely love the staff here!!

Ive had my storage with Aloma Self Storage for over a year now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always available during office hours and prompt with requests. The storage areas are clean and well kept. Ive never heard of any theft here or other problems of any kind. The BEST experience Ive had with long term storage ever.

I had a great experience with Aloma Self Storage of just over a year. I had to store a small house worth of things for a year there in Florida and both signing up and closing out my account was simple. I was able to reserve my storage on short notice and I didnt need to give advance notice for my cancellation. And when I needed to upgrade my 5x10 to a 10x10 I was able to do it within three days and had my payments pro-rated and transferred. The storage was clean and easy to access and the facility was well kept. One negative is that over the year a lot of pollen formed on the inside of the door and the front of the boxes of my non-refrigerated unit. I dont hold this against them because it seems like a standard occurrence in Florida for outside storage. As long as you have everything boxed (especially textiles) you should be good. The prices were also great and the auto payments were properly removed every month.

I have been using this storage facility for 10 years and have always had good service. The new Manager (Diane) has taken it to another level. The place is very clean, secure and she is always willing to help you with any questions or needs. She is very patient and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

Very helpful manager doing a great job while construction is taking place and having to share the same entry way. At times you might have to wait a minute but construction is almost finished. So no big deal. Every clean and A/C units are great.

Excellent up front service. Explained all costs and details to me upfront so there were no surprises. My space was very clean upon entry and has kept my belongings safe and cool. Will do business with these nice people again if the need arises.

Place was so nice before construction started in front of it. Now if you have a clean vehicle it wont be after driving thru the mud at entrance. Cant access keypad without getting out of vehicle now which is right next to porta johns. Construction vehicles block the only path in so you get stuck waiting for them. Oh and best yet is they are raising rates during all of this too. Was a 5 star place before all this started. I was impressed at how clean of a property it was when I started here.
