My 14 year old daughter went with a group of girls to get a spray tan before their high school dance. We understood that the cost of the service would be $25 (that is our fault). When my wife went to pay she had sticker shock at the $55 charge. I had no intention of getting my money back or stopping the charge, I just wanted to call and tell the owner that it would have been a better practice to get permission from the parent and not the 14 year old.She was adamant to argue with me that my daughter knew the price before the service. I tried to explain that, assuming she did, it is better a better business practice to get permission from the parent and not the minor. I told her that all I did was try to call and let her know our experience and wasnt interested in arguing with her. She said she was not going to argue and hung up on me. Tough way to run a business.

Ive been to Vanessa for spray tans for the past few years and always loved the results. Shes sprayed me for my wedding, vacations, special events, etc. and I always love the result. I recently needed a tan for my brothers wedding and I was sprayed by Vanessas mom, Julie, while Vanessa was away. She told me she was trained by Vanessa and, again, I LOVED the result! I never go anywhere else and I immediately refer Vanessa when a friend asks where to go. Shes professional, super sweet and has a great technique - most of all, she makes you feel completely comfortable with being sprayed in your birthday suit!

I went in for a brow wax and a Brazilian. She was fast and friendly and professional. I was outta there in 30 minutes! Afterward I noticed I had less bumps than I normally do and my skin seemed to go back to normal in less than a day. Love that! Definitely telling my friends and family.

I couldnt wear my dress after going here. Also, it felt like she was in such a hurry and that I was an annoyance. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was just a disappointing experience.
