The guys at Overland TV repair my LG OLED TV in under 24 hours. Their prices are reasonable and I dont know why people trash perfectly good TVs when Im being as easy as a circuit board needs to be replaced. I highly recommend Overland TV, and theyve been here forever so you know theyre legit.

My 5 year old Samsung 55 TV blew a gasket and I was considering buying a new TV but instead called Overland to see if it could be fixed.Stephen came out the next day and replaced the part I needed and saved me $$$$ over buying a new TV. I was having an issue with my screen the week before AFC Championship game. Not a very old TV either... I Called and spoke with John. Very reasonable price to diagnose that went to price of repair. The repair cost was dramatically less than a new TV and I had my TV back in less than 48 hours. I was thinking I was going to have to purchase a new TV but was pleasantly surprised.Awesome Job...!!!

Took a main board from an original X-Box with two blown capacitors. They got them replaced for a reasonable price and now my console works again. Owner and his son are very pleasant to talk to.

Had just what I needed at a great price

I have used Overland TV twice for broken TVs (both power surge issues). They were very knowledgeable and were able to get my TVs up and running in about 2 days. I would highly recommend Overland TV!!!

Needed to have a fairly new large Vizio wall mount TV repaired. I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Repair person called prior to arriving. He repaired the TV quickly (needed a new motherboard), made some changes to the way we had components plugged in (which makes the whole set up run better) in under 30 minutes. Terrific and quick and I didnt think the cost was out of line for a housecall. Would recommend!

I dropped these guys a note on the weekend, and by Monday I had both a voicemail and email with a friendly person telling me what they thought was going on, and letting me know they could have someone out today. That person arrived, fixed the problem without any fuss, and the fee was so reasonable I couldnt believe it. Steven was the tech, and I understand from my roommate who met him that he was the bomb. If there were a training seminar on how to deliver spectacular customer satisfaction, Overland TV did that and then some!

As with all electronic things that break down, I take what I see and read about what potential problems may be happening and store them away so that when I decide to have a tech visit my home to repair the problem, I have some idea of what they may be talking about.When I called Overland TV, I told them my Sony TV was giving me 5 red blinks. I wasnt sure where the problem was (Sony is very generic when describing what the blinks could be) but Overland TV told me they could come and check it out. We arranged for a time during the work day (yes, Id read the reviews about that here) and kept the communication clear about our appointment. No worries.When Steve got to my home, he was excellent. As he began troubleshooting, I asked questions and he answered them confidently. His reasoning was sound. Unfortunately the problem turned out to be trickier than he thought. It came down to either (1) the motherboard, (2) the T-Comm board or (3) the back light of the TV screen. A new motherboard was put in because it seemed to be the most logical source for the problem. However, after we put it in -- horrors! -- the five blinking lights were still there. Steve correctly figured it was the T-Comm board (because my screen back-light operated flawlessly -- process of elimination).To be sure, he asked if Id like for him to come back with the T-Comm board and replace it in my home or if I preferred to have him take the TV. Thinking it best that they troubleshoot everything -- just in case -- I asked him to take the TV to the shop.A few days later John called to let me know the TV was ready. John, I know you read these reviews. Thank you. Thank you for the work you did on my TV. Thank you for Steve and his superb customer service and listening to me and alleviating in me any nervousness I had with the TV, the TV repair and even the cost. You guys make a tremendous team.To finish the story, I helped Steve carry the TV back to my family room. He turned it on and viola! The picture was as beautiful as it was when I purchased the TV new. I still had questions. Not only did Steve answer them as patiently and as knowledgeable as he did before, but he also showed me some things I didnt even know my TV was capable of doing!If youre looking to get your TV repaired, look no further. They fixed our 55” TV. Saved us many dollars to not have to replace the TV. They diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the problem and had it ready for us in a couple of days. Very professional. We would highly recommend them.

2-yr Old Hitachi LCD LED HDTV back light system failed. Hitachi web site identified Overland TV as authorized repair service. They fixed the tv in a day and a half. They were honest, forthcoming, charged reasonably and were fun to work with.

Steve was nice enough to talk me through the repair over the phone and would not take my money. It is nice to know that still today some businesses really care about the customer and not just the bottom line. I was so ready to pay through the nose. Just got off the phone with them after inquiring about getting my 75 inch repaired, after telling them that the screen was broke. I was told that they dont make screen replacements for my tv. Little did he know is I had just gotten off the phone with LG and already confirmed that I could purchase a panel but already ordered and paid for it. Once I told him that I just got off the phone with LG he changed his story to he doesnt do it anymore. Not to mention the first time I called I was hung up on.... said they couldnt hear me all of a sudden GLAD I DIDNT GO HERE IF THEY WILL LIE ABOUT SMALL THINGS WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEYD LIE ABOUT. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Ive taken multiple TVs for service and they always been straight forward about each situation. Pricing was fair and workmanship was top notch.

Talked to someone on the phone about getting EPSON 5030UB projector fixed and the guy told me that they should be able to fix it, and I show up to the store, and only to be told that they dont work with EPSOn models. So why did they tell me on the phone that they could work on it, and made me drive 40 minutes to their store?

We had Overland TV out on May 20th to help us with our Samsung tv. We have had various issues in the 3 years we have had this smart tv. Each time we get tech support from Samsung, they supposedly take it back to factory settings, and then sometimes the internal keyboard wont function, apps wont load. Very frustrating! This time they suggested an outside source, Overland TV. At first, the tech was baffled as well, but after awhile, he was able to get into the software, and completely fix it! Tv operates better than it did when we bought it! And the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend these guys!

I just talked to John on the phone here, I had an issue connecting my av inputs to a newer television, he was able to guide me to the correct solution with little effort and no difficulty! If you are in need of any solutions try this place first!

They fixed my 32 Sony Trinitron CRT TV and I am very satisfied with my experience with Overland TV. I checked around on who repaired CRT TVs and found not very many places still do. I purchased the TV in 1998 and this was the first problem I had, normally I would have replaced it, but it has and still has a great picture. Quick turn around and a fair price for repair.

THEY STOLE MY TV, DO NOT USE THEM! They claim that they called, I never received a call. They told me it was one part, then later it was another part but discontinued and very expensive. I came to pick it up and the disposed of it. He was rude and said they arent a storage facility. It is a $1500 that needed a $30 part available on ebay. Originally he said it wasnt worth fixing. They saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone and took it.

I was reffered to Overland TV by Sharp the tv manufacture. I had an issue with my two year old lcd flat screen where it would not power on. This place is fantanstic! It took them only a day and half to repair the part on my tv and saved me hundreds of dollars of having to go out and buy a new tv. I am definitely glad I was reffered to them before buying a new tv. They do excellent work and are up front about all costs with everything. Great to see there are still family owned businesses that truly care about takig care of their customers. Our TV is having a warranty sound issue, so we asked our warranty company to locate a local repair company. The company the contacted, Overland TV, called us pretty quickly, next day in fact, and we agreed to a time in the late afternoon today, Wednesday, after 4pm, that they would come to our home and look over the TV to see if it could be repaired. My boyfriend was to take time off to be home for their visit.Lets make this clear - my boyfriend burned VACATION time, to stay home to meet this guy around 4pm on a weekday, because these guys dont do weekends.Apparently, sometime around 10am, they called and left a message that theyd had some cancellations this morning, please give us a call, and we might be able to come out even earlier. My boyfriend didnt hear the phone, and didnt think to check for any messages - the agreed time is sometime after 4pm, so hes not expecting a call about an earlier time. Hes busy doing stuff around the house. Four oclock rolls around...my boyfriend checks his phone to make sure he hasnt missed a call from the repair guys to let them in - and sees theres a voice mail with the 10am message. So he calls Overland TV back just to check in with them, and maybe get a finer time frame that theyre coming by at this point. Oh, you should have called us back. We booked over your 4pm appointment and the rest of the day since you didnt call us back. Were not coming. Whats another day during the week we can schedule for?Wait, whaaaa?! Who DOES that? Hey, we might have earlier times available than our arranged upon time frame that youve taken off of work for, would you like one? Oh, youre not available at these earlier times? Hey, well just cancel your appointment ENTIRELY and NOT CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW. Who the heck cancels your appointment time, because you didnt call back to take an earlier time (for THEIR convenience, not yours), and who in their RIGHT MIND doesnt have the COURTESY to let you KNOW they cancelled your appointment?!Well, you shouldve call us back. Your girlfriend said you were going to be there all day. My agreement with them on the phone was not for all day. I told them 4pm was fine, and if there was a conflict, Ill call them back and reschedule.My boyfriend told them that he wasnt able to burn another day off to meet them at this point. Basically they told him, too bad! and told him to call him back if that changed. Uh, no. Were not taking more time off so they can randomly cancel without telling us again, and then act like its no big deal. We called back our warranty company and reported what happened, and asked for them to locate another company, with weekend availability, since we dont have an extra day available anymore.TL;DR : This company doesnt want your business, doesnt understand the basics of scheduling, doesnt understand basic customer service, and doesnt understand that your time is just as precious as theirs. People taking time off work to meet with them is a big deal, but evidently, thats not a a real concern for them. Since thats isnt a concern, but theyre shy about sharing that - Im a helpful gal, Ill share it for them!
