I brought my computer here to figure out why it was blinking amber light, after 10 minutes the guy told me they would charge me $100 to run Diagnostics having no idea what was wrong with it. I called uBreakiFix which is right across the street they told me it would only be half the price to diagnose it but they would look at it first for free. I went over there and Dylan figured it out within 20 minutes what was wrong and my computer was back up and running with no charge. I would go see Dylan before ever going back to Geeks squad and wasting time.
I Love The Geek Squad!!! Great customer service. Professional, kind and quick service with time it takes to tune up my computer.I would suggest to anyone who is technical illiterate to buy their package for a year. Its much cheaper than taking your computer to a computer store that charges you Everytime.My computer was really slow the other night so, I remotely connected with a geek member and wahlah the system moved much faster...
I have been to this location numerous times and was dreading going in today. On one past occasion I was given a to do list of things I needed to try before coming to the geeks. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised! I walked in and was quickly greeted by Nguyen P.Mr. Nguyen was pleasant, professional and efficient. At no point did Mr. Nguyen present put off, burden, nor talk down to my knowledge base. This was the third time I have taken the same old laptop in for a data transfer and help with getting pictures off an old cd. Third times a charm. Mr. Nguyen was truly refreshing and should be the gold standard for customer service for Best Buy-Geeks Squad.Thanks,Jamie

THE absolutely WORST customer service experience ever! The geek squad manager, a scrawny little red head with an obvious god complex, should NOT be allowed to talk to people period. To sum it up, extremely rude, incredibly condescending, and last but not least, totally devoid of any sort of communication and interpersonal skills. Out of all people, why would corporate choose to promote this clown to a customer service management level? What a joke!

Terrible customer service. Got hung up on when I explained why I wanted to cancel my plan. Could not understand the customer service representative very well. Will never use them and will recommend to people not to use them.
