The sales people that came out last night or helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer our questions about safety for our pets and make us feel more at ease.They were able to come out the next day (this afternoon) to start the service. Jake was on time and very friendly. Its always a little awkward having a stranger into your home, but he kept me informed of his plan to take care of things and when he was done inside. After he did the outside, he followed up again to make sure I had all my questions answered and knew the next steps and what to expect. Heres to hoping our bugs go away!

I was referred to Mantis by a friend and William Jett, their sales representative explained their services in a very professional and without a heavy sales pitch approach. His demeanor and easy going manner convinced me to try the services.Rex arrived today to perform the services needed. He was very professional, wore booties and respected the premises. He was respectful of my animals and did a very thorough job. I was quite impressed by both William and Rex and would recommend this company.

I’m glad I signed up with Mantis for quarterly spraying to keep the bugs away. Jake did a very thorough and professional job, and even took a picture of a bat he found sleeping in the attic window when he dusted the attic. We had no idea it was there, so now we can take care of that access before more decide to nap in our house.

The best experience I had with them was this summer. Something in our garage was attracting a significant amount of ants, they came over treated for the ants in a few locations and within 24 hours the ants were gone and weren’t seen again! Highly recommend this company!

Mantis Pest Solutions is by far the best exterminating service I have ever used. Alex is my technician and he is always friendly, courteous and professional. I have always been very comfortable with him in my house and I never step in wet spots from the spray which had been a problem when I used other companies. The company is very organized with notification of an upcoming service and Diane in the office has been very helpful if I needed to make any changes. I couldnt be happier with the service and the reasonable price. I give them my highest recommendation!

Mantis Pest Solutions solved my ant problem. I have been dealing with ants at my home for 15 years. Tried to deal with it myself over and over. They would come back every 30 to 60 days. I sprayed inside and out, followed manufacturers recommendations but still had an ant problem. Finally called Mantis to come spray for ants. Mantis does exceptional work at a reasonable price. Alex is so good about explaining all the different treatments and helping us problem solve when issues come up. Alex is our bug guy fron Mantis. You will normally have the same person coming to your house each time. We havent had any problems with Mantis or bugs since we started using them! If you call the office she is super nice and she takes detailed notes (if they have any questions they will ask, which is great), and she always knows exactly who you are when you say your name! I got their name from my parents a couple years ago because they love them! I have and will continue telling my friends about them!

Rick and his team was awesome. They called me about an hour after submitting my information for a quote. He called me personally and came out within an hour to look. He explain the process and was able to do the extermination that same week. They gave us a 90 day Guarantee and so far no more bed bugs!!! Will definitely be calling them for any pest problems.

Alex is the guy that sprays our yard. He has great customer service, is kind to our dogs and knows what hes doing. We havent found any bugs since we started with them. I got the name from my in-laws and will spread the word about them to everybody I know .
