I can quite honestly say this has been my best post office experience. The worker yesterday was SO friendly and he was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me. He was so friendly and it really made my day. Thank you for all you do!!

Tom helped me this afternoon with my wedding inviations. I had ordered vintage stamps online to add some personality to our invites. He helped me double check that each of the 12 envelopes had enough postage and hand cancelled them too. He was friendly and kind and curious about the vintage stamps. We should all be more like Tom!

They lost my package

This post office recently got a facelift after the Interurban Art House moved in to share the building. The post office area is about half of the size that it used to be and only has two counters now. The hours have been greatly shortened too. They are only open noon to 5pm during the week and 9am to noon on Saturdays. The person who helped me was very quick and there were no lines. The Post Office box area is very small now but for those that need to use it there is ample space to move around and get your mail. Still a great location and close to my work so I will continue to use it.

The post office is fine I dont like how it is only open 5 hours a day though. My carriers suck though I have an issue with them never deliver my packages so I have to go in to pick them up. Let me explain my apartment complex uses Parcel Pending for packages. My carrier never uses it though instead of going the ten feet to were the parcel lockers are they take the lazy way and just leave those slips that say that my mail box was full. Which is weird because the slip is usually the only thing in it.

The workers in the office are great. What is not great is the carrier I have.Packages that need signatures or authorization by someone get notices on the door saying that the recipient needs to pick them up at the office, instead of the carrier knocking on the door to get a signature on the spot. And of course USPS has notoriously bad customer service call centers; could be on hold for 30+ mins

We have the dumbest, meanest rudest postal employee that delivers mail to our apartment complex. Package never arrive, and if they do, they dont belong to an address even close to the apt complex addresses. Puts whatever mail he wants in whoever a box. SUCKS! And personally Im sure hes breaking a law or two. We all want Chris back!! He was fantastic!

We paid For a facelift, the service still sux... I pay for priority shipping, it ALWAYS gets there 2 days later. They changed the hours to open at noon and now theyve been closed for over 2 weeks for computer issues. Im old, I have no car, now what? Im very disappointed with the service or non service that Ive received over the past several years here. Packages never arrive. My mail is being delivered to my neighbors. Some even several blocks over. SAD!

Terrible customer service i must say, I go here all the time, and these people act like they hate their jobs, but yet i always smile and wish them a good day.
