With a diverse selection of both domestic and imported synthetic / human hair wigs neatly placed all in a row, you feel like you’re walking through an art exhibit dedicated to you, and your potential for a different, new kind beautiful. The absolutely interstellar customer service provided by their staff helps take some of the weight off an activity that can sometimes feel heavy, and turns it into an empowering experience. Mike catered to our needs in the most personal and professional way, it felt like we were being treated like royalty by a long time companion. After helping us choose the perfect look, we were sent on our way with the BOXES, and we all know how much we love having the box! The quality of the hair, the care, and the atmosphere of this establishment all deserve 5/5 stars. Thank you A List !, we will be back!

We were very impressed with our time here. My mom is going through chemo and we found the perfect wig in 15 minutes! Patti is so friendly and understands the emotions that go with a process like this. The wigs were also a great price and include the fitting and trimming of the wig. So grateful this is the store we ended up at. It was exactly what we needed!

A-List Wig Salon is wonderful! In town this week visiting relatives and in need of some quality information on solutions for thinning hair, I decided to book a consultation appointment here. I am so happy I did! This is all new territory for me, so I had no idea what to expect. Michael is both an experienced professional with a wealth of information and a great “people person”. I immediately felt at ease and appreciated his review of options (synthetic or natural hair; wigs, toppers, and pieces) and pros and cons of each, along with the opportunity to try on different types and styles. The salon offers privacy and a super safe protocol and environment (important given our current Covid situation). Having this personalized service is the best! On-line shopping cannot offer this expertise and confidence, in my opinion. My consultation was perfect! Thank you, Michael, for making my day!

A list Salon made me feel beautiful again! Micheal went out of his way to color my new wig and really help me feel natural and normal again. I am sick and have lost much of my hair. I wanted something I could wear but not look fake. The color he did on my real wig hair was OUTSTANDING! I have got so many people complimenting me. GO THERE! They are down to earth people and will take time with you! You will not REGRET IT!

This is Angie and Jenny we visited today with mom and Patti spent over 2 hours with us. We all had the most fun ever and felt like Queens for the day and for days to come now. We drove over an hour and past many shops up but happy we did because this is now the only place we will ever shop. Patti even took time to sew a clip in my wig for me. Who does that? The staff at A-List Wig Salon of Kansas City were extremely knowledgeable and kind to work with while going through the process of selecting a wig. My initial visit they helped to explain the different types of wigs available and what style would work best for me. Everyone was very caring and helpful in selecting the wig that would look best on me. Will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

I bought a real hair wig from here last week due to my hair loss from chemo and it is sooooo gorgeous you absolutely cannot tell its a wig! I wish I could post a picture to show how gorgeous it truly is! The owner is such a darling woman! I highly recommend this place! If you want to feel gorgeous, buy a wig from here!! ( Side note, some health insurances will let you submit a claim for medical hair loss. The owner will give you the proper receipt needed for the claim. So very helpful!)

The best personalized service!! I was able to get an appointment last minute which was wonderful. I hadnt planned on shopping for a new wig but thought while I was in the city it would be nice to find a new style. I live in a small rural town so I typically just take my chances ordering online. It was nice to try several on and then choose.

Went here for the first time today, had an appointment with Michael. He did an amazing job helping me find exactly what i wanted and what I didn’t realize I wanted. He suggested trying on different length options along with synthetic verse real. I never would of pictured myself wearing a synthetic wig, but i will Say I left there with a short synthetic wig and a long human hair wig and i couldn’t be happier! Point being, he did an awesome job opening me up to trying something different and I’m glad he did! I highly Recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for high quality wigs whether synthetic or real hair. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

After experiencing significant hair loss, I found myself seriously thinking about having to get a wig. I visited with Michael who was not only very helpful, professional and patient with me. He let me try on wigs in different styles but on that day I couldnt make a decision. I went back a few days later and tried on some more wigs and finally made a decision. Again, Michael was wonderful to work with. On the day I picked up my wig I had the pleasure working with Michaels mom, Patti. My new wig was great, color very similar to my own hair and I loved it even though it was a completely different style than my own. I went in for my appointment a but nervous! Michael calmed my nerves and before you know it I was modeling ALLL the wigs! Had so much fun, I almost forgot I felt sick! They are kind, honest, understanding and so sweet! I was fit with the perfect wig that literally feels like my own hair! Texture, color, and cut is so on point! If you have any need for a wig this is your place, they do NOT disappoint. Whether you want to just wear it for something different or have medically induced hair loss like myself, the people here want nothing more than to help you feel beautiful! A-List is awesome! Patti and Michael are fun and professional. They are very knowledgeable about style and product. They can very quickly help you focus on the best style for you. And give excellent guidance on maintenance of your wig/topper. They provide honest and respectful advice that is very helpful. There is a reason Michael holds the title of Master Stylist. When an adjustment needs to be made he knows what to do and how to do it. They are serious when they say they want their clients to be happy with their experience and product. And work with you patiently and thoroughly to make it happen.

A List was very professional and helpful.I needed a little cover for my grey roots. Patti picked the perfect match for my hair color and shape. I have to say this is an amazing place place. i would call it more of a beautiful salon/ boutique kind of place. i have never felt more welcome in any hair place like i have here. They truly make you feel like your a celebrity! patti and her son is so professional with the work that they provide for you. they also make sure YOU are 100% satisfied! i would highly recommend giving this amazing place a shot because they definitely have a lifer client right here!

Patti and Michael are awesome! I am going through chemo treatments and had visited quite a few shops around town looking for the perfect wig for when I lost my hair. I found not only one but two perfect wigs at A-List. Patti and Michael made sure the fit, cut and style was perfect once they were on my head. Customer service is not dead at this shop and you don’t feel like a number or a sales quota. Will be back and will be using the salon services to help care for my wig. Can not say enough nice things about A-List!!

OMG! There is so much to choose from! I made an appointment with Patti and Michael and they worked with me to find exactly what I needed. They were patient and had great ideas. I have fine, thin, short hair, and have been looking for a hair topper for years — something to give me some texture and fullness. Ive ordered some toppers online, but all them had to be sent back due to color or quality inadequacies. I finally found Patti at A-List — she helped me try some things on and I found a topper that really works on me! She also found a light-weight, natural-looking wig for me which Ill wear occasionally to change up my look. A-List has great stock and variety, and Patti is super helpful and attentive!
