So Wonderful!I was overwhelmed thinking my issues were too complicated to articulate or properly delve into - at North Star Therapy I was able to get clarity and help navigating my thoughts and my spinning thinking. And (still a work in progress) I am really trying get to my core and continue developing “the story” inside of me :)I highly recommend!!
