Did not pay they pretended that I didnt show up to orientation and wont pay me for weeks of work need to report them

Stole hours never paid me for training. 40 hours never paid for. Showed proof and gave trainer name. I will be reporting them as well. Blasting all of social media and LinkedIn. Rip Offs.

This company is horrible and disorganized ! Poor at communicating and will fire you without any explanations. I have an issue every payday with this company.

TDB Communications expects you to work for FREE. They do NOT pay you on time and they take money from your paycheck! I have been waiting for my paycheck for over a week now! I have been given the run around on when I should have received it. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Horrible place to work, I would not recommend this job, they have a project with Maximus and it was dreadful. The Maximus project was so unorganized training was completed in two days, we took calls the third day, adjusting claims, we were practically thrown out with limited information, then when asked for extensive training we were denied. Lots of claims were mishandled due to lack of training from Maximus. A Maximus supervisor was not being truthful about my work ethics and TDB put me on a final warning, based on what she said, I contacted HR to inform them of my disagreement, but never heard back from HR.TDB has no 401k, vacation time starts one year after being employed, I never was even offered a handbook of rules, it only pays minimum wage, and they think they are during people a favor with 15.50 an hour. It’s not even worth the trouble. The pay is ridiculously low for all the work that is required. Did I mention if technical issues are caused by them they send you home and cut your hours short. The moment they sent me home for technical issues due to no fault of my own I immediately started looking for another job, what type of company does that to their employees, in the middle of a pandemic during the holiday season, I tell you who TDB. The only people they care about are the executives and higher tiers. I’m only giving this one star because it’s required

If they ever give you a government job working inside a cave in Lees Summit, say no thank you. Unless you like redacting immigration papers for Uncle Sam with impossible-to-follow guidelines at 3pm - 11:30 pm shifts Monday through Friday! The $20/hour isnt worth losing your social life and sleep for. They were very vague about what Id be doing when they sent me there and I was NOT prepared for what was in store! Barely lasted a week, even after they said things like it takes time to learn these, the first four weeks are the hardest, etc. Oh yeah, its the ONLY client TDB has! Better to go with sister agency Allied Staffing directly.

I tried to remove the one star, wouldnt let me. I live in the Birmingham, Alabama area, and the programs you are showing on my local 21.4(that use to be Get TV) is the very reason I refuse to purchase satalite or cable TV...it is terrible programing!
