Clay was the service technician. He was wonderful. He seemed professional, he was very nice, and he inspired confidence that I could leave my phone in competent hands. When there was a minor problem (the back paint came off with the cover) he put on a new back at no extra charge. He did a great job.

Very good place to get repairs done on S8 quickly and reasonably. Would recommend reservation. Web site gives repair prices up front. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I seldom do except in most exceptional cases.

Nice employees, worked quickly. However, went in with a working phone that I needed for my trip to Asia the following day and walked out with a phone that wouldn’t boot up. I still can’t get it to work, so I don’t know if I have an unusable phone now or not, but will have to wait until I return to figure it out instead of being able to use my phone on vacation! Other than the hardware issue though, the people were very studious and courteous.

Waited quite a while to be helped. Had reservation for 11:30. Employee checked-in my phone then said they didn’t have the screen replacement even though the website said they did. Called another store and was told the first store had bought the screen from them. Went back to first store and all went smoothly from that point.

Took my iPhone 5 in to have a battery check-dead-they had one in inventory-fixed in less than 10 minutes with good reliable service at a very fair price . This was less expensive than going to the Apple Store.This is the second battery that I have purchased from batteries plus and very happy with the speed and service I get at the store.

I was very impressed and pleased with the entire experience with Batteries + Light Bulbs Plus.I made an appointment online for the day before to have the battery replaced in my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone (it is no longer a DIY repair to replace the battery in newer phones).An employee called and offered to reschedule as they were concerned that they would not have time to complete the battery replacement on my phone.So we scheduled it the following afternoon. I was told it would take about 2 hours. A little less than 1 hour later, I received a call telling me my phone was ready for pick-up.In addition, when I dropped off my phone and picked it up later, they went through various functions of the phone confirming it was in proper working order.Ive been a customer for vehicle batteries and other miscellaneous household batteries for over 10 years. Batteries + Light Bulbs Plus had not disappointed me once!

Im happy with the service o got at this store, i had my scrren fixed and two days later it broke just taking it out of my pocket, i took it back in and they put another new screen back in it for free and Aiden fixed it under warranty and found the problem that was not caught at the time of replacement, so im very happy now Thank you Aiden and Batteries plus you have a customer for life

Overall service was fine, however when I booked my spot online and then came in to get the battery replaced, they told me they didn’t have the battery in stock. Had to leave and come back 4hrs later to drop it off again.
