I got a great deal on a business laptop that had come off of a lease. Much better than buying a cheap personal laptop. But, thats not all. The customer service was outstanding. Victor was knowledgeable, attentive and extremely helpful. You dont get this kind of service at MicroCenter, and you get the same (or better) prices. Highly recommend. This was my third purchase there as I got a great monitor and camera during the pandemic. Same great service then too.

I’ve had them work on a few different devices for me over the years and they’re always affordable, timely and great with communicating about how things are going. I only give 4 stars not 5 because recently they replaced my wife’s iPhone screen and as a photographer color accuracy is very important, but this new screen is distinctively different in color than her factory screen which we tested against my same model. I would still recommend them and when we get back from traveling I’m hoping to visit them to see if they can help.

The tech at Hypertech brought my desktop back from the dead. I am soooo grateful that I didnt lose my pictures, music, and documents. It took a few days until they were able to look at it, but after that my computer was ready in a day. Very good communication and very reasonable price. Highly recommend for you computer needs!!!!!

I dont know much about computers so when my computer needs a repair I take it to Hypertech. They are courteous. They keep me updated regarding what they are doing and how long it will take to make the repair. They have always done a good job.

Incredible staff and service. After failing to get my laptop fixed at UBREAKIFIX for 30 days I decided to look around at other people. I got recommended by a friend to come here. They treated me like family and looked for the lowest price possible for me. They said 7-10 days and they truly meant 7 days and did everything they could to keep me in the loop. Incredible.

My review of Hypertech is that they are absolutely wonderful!!!! I have an apple computer that Apple couldnt work on because it was too old. I found Hypertech and they were able to work on my computer at half of the price they first estimated. I spoke with Victor, Brenda and the technician, Lee, all of whom were courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable. I intend and already have referred Hypertech to my friends and family. And if ever I need computer experts, I will definitely go back to Hypertech.

Hypertech has become our go-to place for our screen repairs. We had previously had my wife’s Lenovo laptop screen replaced here which was on its second screen and we brought in her iPhone 8 today. I had dropped it and broken the display, but they were able to squeeze it in today despite being busy and got it done faster than I expected.

Micro Center, newegg and etc.. out of stock! @# Google search -- The street prices of Nvidia and AMD GPUs are utterly out of control cost went up over 300% since last year, and I do believe Hypertech markup price was 10% or less. This was because all manufacture door was closed during the pandemic. Lumber at Lowes, Home Depot prices went up over 350% since February this year, --are you called them the scalper as well because ACE Hardware store remain the old market price but --OUT OF STOCK!???Please do research before you make your judgement.

This was my first visit to Hypertech Computers and it was very positive. The staff were very nice and courteous, and helpful to solve my problem. They honored their original estimate and completed the work on time, even when they had a challenge solving the problem. I brought my custom-built gaming desktop in. It wouldnt perform its initial post. Spoke to the man at the front, named Victor. This guy has incredible personality and energy. Victor got it set up for diagnosis right away, with a time estimate of 1 week. Deal included text, e-mail, and phone call updates. 3 days later, the tech (Lu We) contacted me. I had a five year old Panasonic Toughbook that needed some work. I needed to have a dependable home laptop. I took my computer in and they updated my Microsoft and RAM for a reasonable amount.When I took it home and it had a problem, they were quick to make sure it worked right!

I was just walking by and saw their business. 90 minutes later they had put a new battery in my Apple SE for $40..That was $30 cheaper and 2 weeks quicker than anyplace I had called.Super friendly people and they guaranteed the battery for 90 days.Their used computers were cheap and also guaranteed.. Went in here, because my computer wasnt charging. Had bought a new battery, but that didnt take care of the problem. Thought the problem was in the cord or adapter. Took all in, and learned the problem was in adapter. The woman was very helpful, and went so far as to set the new adapter up. Excellent customer service. We will return, if we have other computer issues.

They provided a constant update of their progress. After two failed attempts, at my request, the tech conducted a third sweep and discovered that the issue with my hard drive / cable. This allowed them to recover over 90% of my data. I feel some companies would have been one and done and not even made the second sweep, especially in regards to their No Recovery, Nothing Due policy. Many companies would not have spent the extra time.Excellent service and personnel.

My sister-in-law dumped a soda on her Apple laptop. The computer repair shop I typically go to informed me they dont work on Apple computers but recommended these guys. I recently purchased a used Dell computer. I have dealt with Hypertech for many years but had not used them recently. Brenda was my sales person. She immediately asked question about my usage and price range and directed me to several that were a good fit. I purchased a fairly new computer which she then proceeded to help me figure out how to use while I was still in the store. She answered all of my questions including how to connect to my printer.
