I have used Brown for three projects. The first was a complete Kitchen remodel, second complete master bathroom remodel and the third remodeled a half bath plus removed popcorn ceilings then replaced with knockdown. All projects were first rate and they do so very professionally. Project manager (Brent) always communicated plans for day and week as well as overall schedule. They were great to work with.

Brown created a great covered side porch to extend the outdoor living space of our home. We worked with their designer, Wendall and Brent to make sure the porch matched the styling of our house. Based on neighbor comments alone, they pulled it off. Brown helped us navigate the permit process, KCMO, which was not an easy task. Once construction began, Wendall and Brent kept us up to date on the progress of each step along the way. I value communication, and they were always available to me. I also found them to be professional and polite throughout the duration of this project. We were able to stay on budget and on schedule. The quality of their work was excellent. We are enjoying our new outdoor space and would recommend Brown Restoration and Remodeling to anyone.

Our experience with Browns was excellent. They removed two load-bearing walls, and added railings on the staircase open to the basement. In the process, they had to rewire light switches, move ducts, replace/add drywall and refinish the ceiling. The final product is outstanding. Friends are amazed at how natural everything looks. The workmen were attentive to every detail. They put up plastic barriers to shield the rest of the house from the dust as much as possible. They were friendly, professional and responsible. Brent and Wendell kept us informed of every step and they stayed on schedule! Our cousins experience was excellent as well. We highly recommend them.

Had them come out for an estimate for siding repair and ext paint. Spent over an hour walking the house and talking about everything. Never heard from them again, never received a bid. So, I guess that means youre not interested in the job. Moving on.

Should be no stars for them, they restored my friends house and omg... smh, wiring has to be replaced. The carpet buckled the first day and it wasnt even the carpet that was originally picked out. At least they got the color right.
