Ive worked here for over 2 years and their is no other company that cares for its employees like this one. The company has undergone a lot of changes, but with a focus on Employee and Customer Satisfaction, we are really moving forward. The employee culture is top notch, we even have an outreach group to help employees get involved in the community.

What a waste of money. They just want your account on auto draft and then they forget you. A teenager holding a sign is just as good as what they offer

Awful customer service and even worse performance from their web advertising. Well Over a decade ago, our longtime rep was awesome and Yellow Pages was very conscientious with reps that worked well with your needs. Over the course of the last 8-10 years, YP has slowly descended from average, to sub par (incorrect phone numbers, incorrect addressing on our listings), numerous different reps that never knew what was going on to horrible billing disputes that never get resolved unless you just pay what they claim. We dropped YP after horrible service in 2017, but continued to get Billings for 18 contracts. AFTER THEY HAD DISABLED OUR DOMAIN WE OWNED OUTRIGHT!Over a year later, our new firm has increased our business dramatically, web performance is excellent versus being invisible to voice with YP. We continuously get threats of being sued, told to “LAWYER UP” and threats of asset garnishment, over advertising we didn’t buy due to us cancelling our YP advertising. This is the language used towards my wife by some thuggish brute trying to intimidate a ladyIf you are a business owner, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks. It must be where sales reps careers go to die, it’s that bad.

Worst business to business relationship I have ever experienced! Cant deliver! I have no background in advertising and produced better results in one month than they did in a year! I can even get a hold on anyone to ask questions, not even on a local level, forget about calling corporate. I could go on for hours about this negative experience. I can only hope that I can get things resolved with them and have no strings attached to dex media EVER again!Example: look at the other one star review, that was 12 months ago and still no response to that customer. They cant even manage optimization or advertise correctly for their own company!

This company is outrageously priced, they couldn’t optimize if you put a gun to their head. They don’t take the time to learn enough about your business to properly deliver on what they promise. After you fire them you will continue to receive harassing phone calls and they will refuse to stop calling!

As all the other real reviews on here I have had a lot of the same bad experiences that they have had. The Good reviews on here are mostly the employees that work for them. I know because Ive talked to most of them over the last 2 months as I am disputing charges on my account. NO ONE will call me back so I have now talked and explained my situation to 11 different people. I believe they all like working there so much because they dont have to work, they can lie to the customers without repercussions and they black ball you with contracts and holding your website hostage. I do not recommend this company at all witch is a shame Because I really wanted someone to deal with all this for me. I have been looking Into other companies that do the same work and now realize how expensive dex media is. Also other companies will not lock you Into 12 month contracts they are month to month so they work harder to keep you happy and return your calls in a timely manner. The only time dex will contact you is to sell you something or renew a contract. Do not waste your time or money with these people. I learned the hard way you dont have too.JoshAdvance mudjacking

Great services and solutions for small businesses!

Im currently using this company, and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.To start it all off, one of my friends sold me on their company they work for, so I was at ease to work with them because my friends was going to be my rep.I have gotten nothing but lies from the get go about their program just to get me suckered into a contract.Im paying $800/mo for 8 Facebook post and along with a website that I dont get to keep.Which my 8 year old can make better Facebook post with better traction. Very mediocre at best.Also asked to get a business phone number set up which they did, just to have them tell me that I dont own the phone number and that they are disconnecting it. What makes mattered worse is I had that phone number on all of my marketing and advertising information which now I have to spend more money to change it.They also didnt bother to tell me that there was a contract on my website and if I elected to change marketing companys that they will just delete my website.They do nothing. It Facebook all day, and they arent even good at it.Nothing but lies lies lies.I DONT NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
