Super friendly staff. They helped me find my perfect kitchen, which I was very picky about the perfect appliances that I wanted. So neither the less they were very accommodating. And the young man who helped me was such a cutie.
I have been waiting a few weeks for my appliances to come in, but their truck have been getting delayed due to the warehouse. The guys that work there are super helpful and try to make up for the situations that are out of their hands. The team that works here are INCREDIBLE!!
Will not being going to buy anything from here again. I ordered a fridge and a stove at the beginning of June and they told me the 24th my stuff would be delivered then I had to call just to be told I wasnt getting my stuff and the dude hung up on me so I had to make a trip to the store just to get told I wasnt getting it until July 1st then I had to call that day just to be told nope July 8th I convinced them to give me my stove and a loaner fridge because they dont have my fridge but had my stove now its July 8th and they still dont have my fridge and are telling me Ill get it July 13th. I will never purchase anything from them again! They dont know how to run a company or communicate with their paying customers!

Ordered a deep freeze they also charged for an extended warranty I didnt purchase. Delivery day comes they give you a 2hr windo and 4hrs after that they show up. Then to get told sorry they just called me n then I got stopped by police, wow is all I can say. Then I try to call sears its an hr n 1/2 wait on phone. So I call the store I purchased from he says sorry I cant help you call the 800 number n hangs up. Are you kidding me Sears. This is why sears is going out of business n I will never purchase again.
Terrible staff lie about when youll get your stuff wait till the day of delivery for your call to tell you you arent getting it whoever runs this store has no clue what theyre doing Ive waited almost a month past the date of delivery for a fridge and half that for the stove this company should not be open if it cant do its job

If I could give this location a zero star I would. I called to get some information on how to report a dangerous situation with a Kenmore Dryer and was told they didnt care that my dryer caught fire and what do I expect, my dryer is too old. They wont issue a recall on a product that is already out of production and I said, that is extremely negligent and youre putting lives of consumers in Danger, she again said they dont care. So, Be Warned this is an Electronic Control Board from a Kenmore Dryer that caught fire after 12 years and Sears could careless if it burns down your house. If you have one of these model 417 dryers be warned they can catch fire.
Very good service. My stove wasnt working properly, we just stopped to look at stoves. Instead of trying to sell us something, the owner asked what problems were having? He then explained some possible causes, this is where he did and said something Ive never had happen. He explained how to check it to see if it was able to be fixed. My husband did check it, it was not. But this was so out of ordinary, we went back and got the new gas range from them. They went out of thier way to help, not common these days. Honesty in business is hard to come by and greatly appreciated.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I truly would. The owner of the store, Sean, took advantage of my elderly grandparents while they were attempting to buy a washer. They went to buy a washer from a different associate, it was supposed to come within 3 weeks and didn’t come in a timely manner, then we got into contact with the owner and he offered a the same washer in the store for that day. So he cancelled the commission from HIS EMPLOYEE to re-ring the same item up in order for him to get the commission (we also didn’t get delivery) THEN, when the bill came we got charged twice for 2 washers! All together this process has taken over a month longer than it should have and it still isn’t even finalized because we’re still waiting for the 2nd billing to come off and if my grandparents didn’t have people like me and my mother to watch out for them, they could have easily been charged twice. Also, the store owner Sean told my grandmother “you must be all riled up because your husband is upset” which just made her more upset and they had every right to be. I don’t recommend buying anything from this place and corporate will be receiving a call from us.

I called for a specific pressure washer part, and through a brief phone call they were able to confirm they had it, that it would fit my machine and gave me the price. Shortly after when arriving to purchase the part, everyone was friendly and helpful. All around a good experience.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received at a Sears store. Do yourself a favor and go to Morris. Try hiring employees that know how to do their job. The girl at the counter is near incompetent from my interactions with her.
Good selection of tools and lawn equipment ... home appliances too.... Ask for lucy she basically lives there and knows her stuff.

Sears completely overcharges and they fix the problem before letting you know what is wrong and what the bIll will be. They found a clog in the shoot lint and the guy was here for less,than 10 minutes and they charges 125 dollars. Do not use them for any repairs.
