We rented tables and chairs for my daughters wedding and they were broken and dirty. They show white plastic tables and chairs on their website, however these were the brown with laminate on top. Most of them the laminate was gone and they were warped. The chars were white but dirty and stained. We did not have time before the wedding to get them cleaned and we had to cover the tables with a darker table clothe to cover the ugly brown underneath. I would NEVER recommend getting tables or chairs from this place,

Drove 35 minutes up here after I was told on the phone there was a 4 3 point tiller and told them I was driving a little distance. Turns out it was actually 5, they went out and measured it after I called and apparently a courtesy of calling me back telling me they were wrong would have been too much.

Terrible service charged way to much and the equipment was broken down.

If I could give this business an its employees 0 stars I would. The owner, Rusty, and the manager Mike at the Manhattan location were nothing but disrespectful. I had ordered a cotton candy machine for a sorority event and they did not give me all the parts to set it up. I called the next day and was given permission by a warehouse employee to keep it an extra day and return in 2 days after I picked it up. However, it still never worked. When I returned it I wanted to let them know about the missing parts even though I had already called a day prior. When Mike came up he accused me of lying and said it was my fault for not calling. He didnt know I had already talked to one of the employees the day before who gave me permission to keep it a day extra. He was hesitant to give me any money back (which is not what I wanted I just wanted better communication) and questioned my intelligence. I am a college student and have NEVER seen a business more poorly ran and managed than this one. When I emailed the owner Rusty about how Mike had treated me he called me and said well he gave you your money back so what else do you expect me to do. He did not care AT ALL how I was treated and even accused me of being demanding. He blamed me and told me to get over it, its a cotton candy machine. Save your money next time.

I would have given this place a rating of no stars if I could have. Horrible customer service, from start to finish! The truck was not in good condition. They did not do a pre check on the condition, and are now accusing me of a dent in the top of the track. I would not recommend this place ever! I dont even do reviews on places, but just had to on this place.

These guys took very good care of me and my friends. We hosted a cancer benefit and rented a blow up maze and a Johnny on the spot. Very definition of customer service.

I reserved a lift several weeks ahead of time for a specific date and was assured that it would be available for pickup at the local store. I called two days before the date I had reserved, to ask about also renting a trailer, and was told they had tried to call me three time (they had the number in wrong) and the person who had the lift out called and reserved it for another week. I was told there may be another one available in another town, but that I would have to make the 50 mile round trip to pick it up. I told them that I had a bunch of people lined up to assist me with my project for the reserved days. That did not make them any difference.Even when I talked to someone who identified himself as one of the owners and asked him about the situation I was told they could not control if someone brought their equipment back or not and they could not bring the out of town lift to the local store for me to pick up as promised, but that I could go and get it myself.This is very poor customer service and the recording they play; when you are on hold says if something is not right to contact them and they will make it right. That definitely is not true.

It only takes one bad experience to sour other good ones. But I did have a bad experience and wont be using them from here on.
