Me and my family rented a 15 seat passenger van for vacation instead of a luxurious SUV to accommodate 8 people. I was a little hesitant but I am so happy the sales person recommended it. I talk to multiple people at the Ottawa Illinois enterprise office along with the LaSalle Peru office and I was very happy with that decision. I would highly recommend this van to anybody. Not only do we have eight people but we also had eight different luggage is plus a cooler and we all had a ton of room. The van was a very comfortable drive I would highly recommend this van to anybody. Getting in and out of the vehicle was very easy. Thank you everybody at enterprise I will definitely be a repeated customer and also spreading the word about the great job you guys did getting me that van. I do believe that will be one of the most rememberable vacations we have had and I’d say the van was a big hit and will be a major part of are memories. So from my family to your family thank you for making our family vacation a very special one we will definitely be seeing you in the future.

So if you move, your credentials are void. I dont have a cc. was perfectly fine for over a dozen rentals. Now I have moved to new location and now I am unable to rent a car even tho my file is up to date with my previous used card.....

This company aeither overbooks their vehicles or has not figured out yet how to program their website not to alllow booking of vehicles that are not available. You decide which is worse.

Had an issue with the suv I was picking up, but Matt handled it well and we were on our way in no time. Always rent my cars and trucks from enterprise and will continue to do so. Thanks Matt for taking care of us in such a stressful situation you went above and beyond.

We were traveling up from OKC when 4 hrs into the drive our AC went out (miserable 6+hrs) on a Friday (8/2).I called around to multiple dealerships in the area no one was able to get us in until late the next week and the Service Dept at Bill Walsh GM was able to squeeze us in Monday AM (8/5) AND the Enterprise rental stayed late Friday (as we got in past closing) to get us in a rental car WITH AC. They treated us so well and were so friendly even though we were prolly less than looking modest with sweating for 6+hrs in 85°-90°F windows down car ride. The pricing was fair and they fixed my car the same day we turned it in. I would highly recommend this dealership/service center/rental car place.

Terrible. Gave me a car with a flat tire and no spare. Ended up trapped in a field for 4 days with no car because of the carelessness of this branch. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!EDIT: updated review after their response, no I wasn’t going to re explain my case for the 500th time. Thankfully VISA took care of this and I didn’t have to pay a dime to enterprise. They should be paying me though.

Very good but be there first at 7:30. Not s lot of cars was my impression, maybe 2 on the day I was there and I got lucky.

Seriously my second week trying to get a rental, the customer service here is terrible. Last week they rented my car before my reservation time, and this week couldn’t even get a hold of them to pick me up then when I got there wouldn’t even budge to help me get done what I needed to literally done with this rental location.

We didnt even get to rent a car! They had us believing that there was a car big enough for 6, and when we got there they told us to have my smallest child sit on a lap! I would rather drive to another town.

They took good care of us, helped us unload the car and had us on our way.

Helped me out when in a bind. Got a car at one Enterprise and later noticed sticker was expired (who thinks to look?) They got a new vehicle for me without having to drive back to the original place. Saved me lots of time

Worst experience!!!! My car insurance company rented me a car from here because my car and home were damaged in the recent tornado. 5 days into the rental the vehicle has a MECHANICAL breakdown and will not start. Enterprise says Im responsible for towing and repairs. Do not go to Enterprise at Bill Walsh in Ottawa

Worst experience ever. The car broke down 2x, had to get towed. This place wont issue a refund or give us another car. Go to Morris, we had NO ISSUES there.

My car was totaled they never got me a rental and never kept me updated. Got a rental from Star Ford rental.

The attention of the clerks was very good.Issues getting the car not ready on time.The first car I received had a very bad smoke smell. Very sad that other previous customers smoke in the cars.However, the attention of the clerks was great and they changed the car immediate after I made the claim.Thank you very much
