The women who work there a so FANTASTIC. So friendly. No rude employees in that store. If the line gets a little long its because people dont have the RIGHT paperwork that they need and wont take no for an answer. Its not their fault. I HAD that the other day and I understood. People STOP bitching. THEY do THE BEST THEY CAN with ONLY 2 cashiers. BEST currency exchange in my area. Will not go anywhere else

Very friendly staff. Helped me figure out my boat registration and submitted the forms. Decided to use them since they guided me through the process even if it was an extra charge. Thats what they are there for is to help and charge a fee for there serivce. Great experience and will return again.

Shorted me!!!!! I provided 11000 yen -receipt shows 10100 yen. Thry dont take coins so there should be no way to get that! Yen bills dont go below 1000. Put me on hold for like 15 minutes when i first tried to call in about it. Then let me come in and get the difference eventually. But its not actually worth the time and gas to go do that so 2 stars... Receipt pic attached.

I visit this location at least once or twice a month. The teller (the lady with the glasses) is always pleasant and engages in small talk while conducting the transaction...Awesome customer service.. which IS something I pay close attention to because I work retail and its a must...

I should have read the reviews first. Rude and they tried to get me to renew my plates first then buy new plate that is good until October.

I am very unsatisfied, I just went there to exchange my gift cards for cash and the Spanish lady gave me every excuse to not do it..first she was rude with us saying u guys should of come earlier before there were a few customers in line behind us . Really? After we just waited for 15 minutes ourselves.. and it shouldnt matter how long it take to do what I waited in line to do..and what am I supposed to do, sit outside and watch until there are no customers in there to service me?? Im a customer too..she has been rude to me many times before too but atleast she serviced me then.. she shouldnt be able to turn us away like that just because she had a long line..hire more people then..and she was ignorant about it

I just left this establishment at 9-30am 01/10/2018 to cash a check and was asked, what am Im doing in the area( have a recording ), as if this was a whites only currency exchange. I proceeded to tell her I cashed many checks here before and NEVER was asked that question from NO currency change. I called corporate and they didnt make it no better, in fact they added fuel to the flame! Im highly offended and mark my words this establishment about to get put on the map as RACISTS. I smell a lawsuit!

Their prices for just about anything are absolutely ridiculous. They charge a $19 additional fee for license plate renewals, plus another $4 to use a credit/debit card. Seriously? I walked out of there the second I saw those insane prices.EDIT (in reply to the owners reply below): Well then you should probably take down the sign that clearly says the fee for license plate/vehicle registration renewals is $19. Its the big sign listing all your prices on the wall to the right, right when you walk in the door. And sure, the fee for getting cash from an out of network ATM might be around $3 to $4, but Im not getting cash out of an ATM. Im making a purchase. Lol.

The staff who work at this currency exchange are knowledgeable and helpful. They are also friendly and remember their customers who come in regularly. This is the only currency exchange I’ll go to.

They don’t have or even know about Asian countries. I asked for Thai baht and nothing, they don’t even know where New Zealand is located. Thier usual nuisances is just in Mexican peso

I called ahead to ask if I could exchange Canadian coins for US dollars. the woman said yes. When I went there to exchange my Canadian coins the woman said no coins only paper cash.Thanks for wasting my time and not knowing how to communicate over the phone.The staff is rude and inconsiderate to those not wanting short term loans or cash advances.You are called a currency exchange for a reason. Exchange currency?

Only thing I dont like about the new system at this location is being asked if I had the cell phone number that was in their system and the employee asked if I had it on me so she could call it to verify my identity. I had 4 forms ID and still was given a little grief. Ive been going to this location for the last 10 years and I dont think Im going to go back until the process changes. Not the employee s fault they are always pleasant.
