Lovely owners do the work themselves and take pride in their work. They cleaned two and a half floors of carpet in half a day and did an amazing job. Showed up when they said they would and were great to work with. The toughest area of the house was the back stairs. Frankly, I thought there was probably no way to salvage the heavily soiled carpet in that stairwell. I am thrilled that the carpet looks almost new after they finished cleaning and sanitizing it. My only regret was not taking before and after photos. They worked a miracle on our living room carpet. Pet stains, shoe tracks, miscellaneous dirt spots. Good as new.

Steve & Son were prompt, called me letting me know they were on way. Had a couple rooms cleaned, both empty, master bedroom and smaller room. They had a truck mount cleaner, which I liked, ran hose through front door. They used pre-spray and used a machine scrubber before steam cleaning. I was very satisfied with the job, clean and fresh. I would recommend and use them again.
