Tech who showed up was Adam was very friendly. Explained me the cost upfront and saved me money instead of doing extra things we did not need. Stains were removed and to this day they haven’t appeared yet. Adam followed up with me on the odor and told me to call him if there were any issues. He said he would come back and fix any issues free of cost. I have never received such good service for that cost. A+ to Pavilion Carpet Cleaning.

I am proud to announce of my joy of how they did an amazing job. Cost a little more than initially quoted over the phone but worth every coin. They came to clean my carpet for moving out of my apartment and Im giving the carpet back to the owners in better condition than I received it. During my two year stay I had the carpets cleaned thrice. I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your carpet upholstery cleaning needs!

Am glad Adam was able to book me for the next day and arrived on time. We had not cleaned the carpet in sooooo long as we are looking to upgrade with hardwood floors. However, I wanted to have the carpet clean for the holidays and Pavilion Carpet Cleaning did not disappoint. The carpet had never been cleaned before moving in and there were a few spots from where Id made some pretty bad spills, and I also have an animal.
