Haven’t been to sports clips in a while, but recently heard y’all will be closed sundays. So amazing to see a company give their employees time with God and their family. Especially in covid times. I will be coming back regularly now. I respect a company willing to give to their employees!! Good haircuts for a good price as well!

The online check in is great, I sign my husband in when he is on his way from work to save his spot in line. We love the tea tree shampoo he buys from there

Second time Ive come and seen Jessica (if asking for, Jess C.) The first time i saw her, I asked her to do what she thought was best with my hair.Usually when I ask a stylist to do this they are hesitant, and I always end up getting the same type of cut because the stylist wasnt confident. But Jessica was all for doing something she thought would look good with minimal questions except about some preferences.The outcome was great and I made sure to see her again by name today, she did the same cut from my first visit and it looks awesome.Jess C, is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend her.

They do not cut womens hair!?! I understand they specialize in mens styles but as a women wanting a short faded faux hawk I shouldnt have been turned away!!!

Made an appointment online. Saw that my name was third on the board when I came to the place. Waited for about 20 minutes or so, which was fine I had no problem waiting my turn. When my name finally made the top of the list however, they proceeded to skip over me on three occasions for customers who just walked in without an appointment. I left. Will not be coming back to any sport clips.

Ive been coming here for many years. I received the absolute worst haircut of my life here today. She did not listen to what I requested, and butchered my hair. The owners of this place are very poor managers. Sad, since this used to be a great place to get a haircut.

So my wife took my son to get his haircut. The lady that cut his hair was going to give my wife a military discount when she showed her ID. Then another lady, maybe a manager, told her that she doesn’t get it because “we don’t give it to moms”. How out of touch do you have to be especially an establishment that does so much for the military. MOMs have the hardest job in the military, when their husbands deploy they have to deal with all of life alone, and if their husbands don’t come back they get to deal with life alone for life.Shameful!!!!

I don’t understand the point of online check in if they aren’t going to check you in. I did the online check in, it gave me a time and we arrived 10 mins early. We were on deck but for some reason we got skipped and we’re pushed back an extra 40 freaking minutes. I don’t care that we have a season pass, I’m not going back. And the hair cut was not good

Horrible it was a shame how much they charge for an unprofessional hair cut both on my husband and son and how dusty and dirty the place was they really need to go back to school that was unacceptable

Sport Clips does not take reservations. The customer queue is a first in/first out model unless you have an operator you prefer which means you wait until she is available. All appearances are there is a high turnover rate of operators so its a gamble if your FAV is still working there!
