Do not go here! They stripped the oil filter threads and caused my vehicle to loose all oil and throw a rod. Two days later Ended up junking a perfectly fine car.

Super fast, no appointment needed, but expensive!!

I had my oil changed here today. I am not entirely sure what happened, but after i left this shop I went to Malones for my inspection and found out the oil in my vehicle was NOT new. The mechanic there even went as far to show me once they drained it how dark black it was and again show me what new oil SHOULD look like. I left and called xpress auto right away and asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge. I was told that, and I quote there is no way that happened and IF I brought my car there my old oil was drained. Malones wasnt lookong for money and had 0 reason to lie. They fixed the oil change done by these guys for free, just because theyd hate to see something happen to the vehicle bevause of this places negligence. When my phone call to xpress auto was coming to an end the person i was speaking to said she would call me back shortly as she needed to speak to her boss. This did not happen. Not even a call to let me know when i could call if said boss happened to be busy right now.I will not be returning here.

This place has fair prices, comparable to other places around Oswego. Also, not super pushy on additional items when getting an oil change. The young guy that took care of me was really nice, too. I will definitely be going back when I need another oil change!

If you have a Subaru this is the place to go. They were real car heads and honest guys who weren’t looking to run my pockets. The guys simply told me what they thought I should do and offered me a fair price for it.

New to new york and Oswego. It seems that there are not alot of places to get your oil changed. I decided to try xpress and I was very pleased. The young man Justin who did my oil change was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Great service!

Went their to get an inspection they try and they see a college kid walk in they see money. They try and find other things wrong with your car for money. No morals just kids with a GED and a wrench. My friend went to get an oil change a week later if you pay more than $30 for an oil change you shouldnt have a car. They then, tried to up charge him for more things like air filters and unessacary. Go somewhere local where they care, this places wants your money and it comes from corporate.

Good prices. Good service. Way faster than the others.The owner is a crook, doesnt honor warranty his shop gives. Got breaks (LT Warranty ) and rotors (2 year warranty) done on 06/09/2020. Last week took vehicle back to shop for shake in back end. Spoke to Max, he told me rotors defective and parts would be replaced at no charge. Told had to wait until yesterday for parts to come in. When I called to set up time to get work done was told owner decided he would give me pads for free have to pay for defective rotors to be replaced out of pocket?Going to have work done at dealership and taking xpress auto to small claims court.

Finally getting around to writing this, could not find the website for the longest time as I was searching for a Valvoline, which they claim not to be yet clearly are. The coupons not being accepted are the least of my concerns however, the havoc they caused on my $60,000 car is the bigger concern! Me and my husband brought the car in for an oil change when we were in Oswego visiting our daughter at college, first off the prices were absolutely outrageous! Came to something like $109 for a synthetic oil change! We were already in the shop so we agreed, they did the oil change. About half way to Syracuse on the way home, the car started bucking, then stopped moving all together! The engine would rev but the car would not move! We had it towed to our dealer, they had drained all of my transmission fluid and pumped an additional full tank of oil into the engine! Thankfully it did not cause any permanent damage but was over $1000 to remedy what they messed up! They did change the oil filter, the technician at the dealer explained to my husband they used a very cheap filter. We will never be going there again and do not advise anyone else to either!

Quick and easy place to get oil changed or vehicle inspection.

My son just had an oil change done there, nothing else. It wasnt even synthetic, but the most basic 3,000 mike type and they charged him $67.00!! Thats literally twice what mavis charges me for my cars, and I get synthetic. Shame on this business.

Good service, getting a little pricey. Used to be a big difference between dealer and them. Not anymore.

Well after being taunted and harassed for being a woman who knows nothing about cars, they flushed my engine during and oil change and weeks later my engine is blown. I wouldnt go there unless you like being degraded and spending thousands to fix your vehicle.

It says valvoline, but they claim not to be valvoline false advertising do not take coupons charge extra to top off washer fluid and Im pissed I goto valvoline all the time but this place is full of crap they say they are not valvoline but every single thing in around the place says valvoline the signs the logos the name on the marquee outside thieves liars and they dont check or top off fluids they charge 5 bucks to top off each fluid and didnt tale our coupon of 10 bucks off didnt say anything about it I until after they did the oil change I dont belive the used synthetic blend either

Terrible customer service and support. They have broken or not properly not reattached the skid plate on my truck so it fell off 20 minutes after an oil change on the way from said oil change. I also question whether they service you car or truck probably as numerous minor things a not recognized such as coolant level and washer fluid. Always try to sell more then you need so beware if you are not to auto savvy

I showed up at 2 pm on a Sunday, they close at 4, plenty of time for an inspection and I figured since i was there Id get a oil change also, after rejecting my Valvoline coupon, the guy explained it is not a Valvoline, we were just about to get started and the grumpy old man told the kid working with me that I wont be getting an inspection today, not enough time, so I said shut the hood down then, ill go elsewhere......never going back, stick with the real Valvoline
