From the appointment being made, to the work, and picking up my vehicle, the process was seamless. They did an excellent job with my Chevy Malibu. The customer service was phenomenal. They contacted me right away as Allstate said they would to see when I could bring my car in and explained the process. Paperwork was easy to fill out and communication/ updates along the way were greatly appreciated. Also it was nice they cleaned the car and that it was done so quickly!Im shocked at the amount of people that rate it low because its appointments only... but its their policy, you have to remember. Even if you dont like that, a policy is a policy and its theirs. Such a shame to see people giving low ratings that have nothing to do with the quality of work.

I would really like my car back. I dropped it off at Oswego on 1/28/20 after sustaining minor front-end damage when a vehicle backed into me in a parking lot on 1/24/20. There was no mechanical damage (per conversation this past Friday with Caliber Warrenville, where my car was transferred sometime the first week). I was also told my car would be delayed again. Id watched the text alerts start coming in a few days after I dropped my car off, starting with your car will be ready on 2/6...2/7...2/8....sorry not til 2/10 around 10:00 AM.Well its 2/10/20 at 9:45 AM and my car is still disassembled so again, its late. I drive a *lot* for work. Im in a loaner SUV thats eating through gas and is hard for me to drive when my usual car is a Civic. This is getting excessive and its interfering with my work schedule.I will say that everyone, start to finish, was outstanding with customer service. Nobody was ever rude to me or dismissive in any way, even after my husband took it upon himself to call and complain this morning (its my car, my policy, doesnt concern him; he shouldnt have called). That could have caused problems, but everyone I spoke to remained courteous with me. This was the first fender-bender Ive ever been in so I truly appreciate that.

Caliber collision is a preferred auto body shop of my insurance company. When my car needed some bodywork, I thought I would give them a try. They were efficient, professional, and the repair work they did on the body of my car is outstanding. Also, In this COVID-19 environment, they demonstrated safe practices (mask wearing) in the office. We are so pleased with their service and the outcome.

They worked very hard to fix my van in time for our next trip. They kept me up to date every day with how the repair was going, and they succeeded in getting it to us before we had to leave. Great people, great experience. Highly recommended.

RUST IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!!!!!Brought my car here to have some damage repaired on my tailgate and get fresh paint and less than a year later my tailgate is all rust. Went in and asked about a warranty and they said “we only painted the damaged area not the whole tailgate” funny when I picked it up and asked if the whole back was painted they said yes and to not use hard wax on the tailgate for X amount of time. My car is well cared for and has zero rust EXCEPT FOR WHERE THEY PAINTED. Terrible quality work out of this shop

I picked up my Honda Accord today. They did a excellent job. I had almost the same damage two years ago, and the gerber in aurora did a mediocre job. They did a terrible blend job on my hood. I’m so glad caliber replaced it and blended my paint in better on my panels. My boyfriend use to be a car and motorcycle painter and he said the painter who painted my cat at Caliber did a great job. Went to this place the other day. I needed an estimate done on my girlfriends car and there was a customer in front of me asking if they could get an estimate done. The gentlemen had informed the lady that he was working on the finishing touches of a couple estimates and he would be right with her. I was next and was waiting while the customers in front of me got upset and left for waiting an hour. I totally understood that they were busy. End of the story is they estimated my car for me and got a reasonable price and am getting my car fixed!!

So awesome. They fixed my car up a few times and my sons. Couldnt say anything bad about them. Awesome.

Walked in with my neighbor to get an estimate on a minor front bumper repair. 3 employees were in the front office, and it took approximately 30-45 seconds to be addressed. Spoke with a female who when I told her Id like an estimate, said there would be nobody at the office that could help me without an appointment. She then asked a gentleman sitting, working at a desk with 2 monitors if he could assist, he grumpily mentioned he was already working on 2 estimates and I would have to wait an hour. The female then asked another gentleman in an office, and he said 15 minutes. After realizing that Im trying to give these people money, and they dont want the business I walked out. My neighbor also was shocked at the poor customer service. I went straight to White Eagle Auto Body and I was actually treated respectably as soon as I walked in. Do not go to Abra.

Felt obligated to write this review in light of the negative reviews Ive seen. The folks at ABRA in Oswego were polite, friendly, and efficient. My work was completed exactly when they said it would be, which was sooner than I even expected going in the door the first time. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and my vehicle looks PERFECT.

Abra is great, I was kept well informed ever step of the repairs. This is the second time they have fixed my car, Ive been very happy with the repairs both times. I trust them with my car!!

DONT GO HERE!!!! Setting up the appointment, getting an estimate and working with my insurance was the easy part... initially. Then the problems started. Repairs were not ready on time. Customer service and quality control are terrible. An employee took a front wheel off my car took to inspect for damage... found a puncture that was not part of claim, sent me pics to verify why it couldnt be fixed but then put wheel back on without tightening lug nuts. Since it wasnt part of claim work order, quality inspection missed checking nuts were torqued down. Soon after getting my car back front wheel almost fell off on RT 59 on my way to work shortly after dropping off my 2 yr old son to daycare. Not happy, called, they offered to fix it. Brought car back in, they tightened nuts but because wheel had been moving on studs while driving studs were damaged. They didnt check, just tried to tighten em. Had to have a 3rd party tire shop then repair tire leak, but couldnt get wheel off bc ABRA screwed up the threads. Had to pay to fix that and now ABRA is saying not their fault. The best part is the guy who handled all this and was responsible even has the audacity to brush it off, say it wasnt their fault and then when cornered, flat out lie about removing the wheel. You took pictures idiot. Mike S., I hope your management sees this and you get a nice talking to b/c you are less than worthless.

Never even had the opportunity to have them even give me an estimate. Pulled up went in, office personnel sitting around, and stated my insurance company sent me there for an estimate. I was informed that you need an appointment. Didnt know why for they were just sitting around. Therefore I would say terrible customer service. The guy down the street will take my money. I would never recommend them to anybody.

I made an appointment at 9Am to drop off my car and simultaneously be picked up by Hertz for my rental car. Not only was Hertz not there, they also lost my reservation. ABRA went above and beyond, by arranging for me to get a rental car with Enterprise when they found out my issues with Hertz.

Very slow service and poor customer service. They also tried telling me that my truck needed about $1000 worth of parts that my insurance company wouldnt pay for after arguing with them they finally agreed to let me come look at my truck and see what it needed and the suspension parts that they told me were bent and need to be replaced were actually just fine !! I will NEVER take another vehicle again

Dave and his crew took care of a problem on my Audi that was created from a previous body shop. The issue was reaolved by ABRA quickly and professionally and I will be back if I ever need work done on a vehicle in the future.
