They put the I integrity. Great customer service done the right way. They are great with changing your Appointments to fit your needs. I Accidentally ordered it a calibration and they were quick to notify me that I need a removal. The Breathalyzer was in-and-out of my car in no time. It didnt even seem like 3 years

I have been going to the Oshkosh location for 3 years and they have been very good about getting me in to my appointments early and the technicians there have been kind and very helpful with any questions I have had. They even let me park my vehicle there for a number of days on a trailer until I could pick it up. I would recommend Integrity to anyone in need of the interlock system. Thank you Integrity Interlock for all you have done.

I chose Integrity Interlock because I was looking for a reasonable price on my interlock device due to my current budget. When I got it installed, it didnt feel like I was just another customer in a big corporation. The technician who installed my device was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. They have a small training video they use as well as a practice device so you can get used to the device in your car beforehand to limit any possible problems while behind the wheel. Even when I came back for my recalibration, there was a different technician who was just as informative and friendly. He explained how they recalibrated the device and he did it quickly too! I was in during recalibration for maybe 8 minutes tops before I was back on the road! The only problem Ive ever had is going over train tracks, which just caused an imbalance in my breathing into the interlock and would set it off. Other than that, no problems whatsoever.

Stephanie was amazing! I had a problem with scheduling for my calibration and she was able to get me a new appointment right away without any issues. I Highly suggest integrity if your looking for an IID!

Very professional and quick, glad that I chose to work with them.

They seem fairly good and efficient at what they do. The hardware seems to work ok. If you need their services, youre not happy to begin with. But once you get over the crappiness of the situation and get used to the operation of the gear and the warm up time, its liveable. Not cheap.

The service techs are very quick and efficient and professional. I go out of my way to go to the Oshkosh office anytime.

Lack of communication between departments. Not open for business as advertised. General unwillingness to help customers out.
