Great service at a great price

My neighbor paid this tree service company a large amount of money to take care of our trees/branches that crossed over onto his property. The tree service ended up cutting the tops of our trees completely off rather than taking care of the branches on his side which is not what our neighbor asked them to do. They also did not take care of some other things the neighbor had requested. It seems a tree service should know that simply cutting the tops of trees off, especially ones that are on the other side of the fence of the customer they are working with, is not an appropriate way to trim trees. If you do end up hiring this service, I warn you, make sure they really understand what you are requesting of them before you pay a ton of money for them to make your trees look horrible.

Great service! Wonderful people!

I paid this company A LOT of money to service my trees. The job got done only in part. And the reason I called wasn’t even addressed. Now I may loose a 200 year old tree due to improper service.
