I go here every 3-4 months to get my oil changed. Theyre so nice up there. They even offer coffee and popcorn while you wait in an air conditioned room.

They even clean my windshield check my air my tires all my fluids and only charged me $66.55 great service

Place is clean, all the employees I spoke with were very friendly. They have a waiting room with AC. Stopped by on a Monday afternoon, was out & done in 30min. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

Non ADA compliance they charge you $5 extra if you dont give them your pin to run it as a debit. I will never use these overpriced crooks again.Your right you have no parking for handicap and asked me to walk through your bays on crutches. After I was quoted a price by phone and charged more than quoted all while you asked me for my pin. You guys are still crooks.

Guys that work here are super smart and cute! Decent prices and they mail you reminders for oil changes. Of say they are the fairest price in town and the Love Tips! They would get 5 stars but being so close to the road makes it a little bit of a challenge to get in and out.

Been coming here for years for several cars. My wife drove 40 miles for an oil change today. She was treated badly and your staff was rude. Invested two hours and never got an oil change. You lost a long time repeat local customer today. The way you instruct customers to leave vehicles blocking the main highway traffic is going to kill somebody.

In Oroville from LA for the week visiting my family. I had to get an oil change before making the long drive back. When I pulled up I was greeted by a nice employee who told me to just pull up and go sit in the cool waiting room (it is HOT in Oroville). Another guy came up to me and said they may not have everything for my car (I have a 2017 VW Jetta) but that he would check. He came back a couple minutes later saying they had everything. :) The service was great, everyone was kind, had great manners, and were professional, and the prices are very affordable. There was a person who had just pulled in in front of me to get serviced but I was still in and out within 30-40 minutes! I’d say that is pretty fast. :) Thank you, Avery’s for making this easy for me before my long drive back to SoCal!

I love this place. Im here right now actually! They always go above and beyond and I love their service!Edit: I was too hasty reviewing them. Ive never had a problem with them before but right after getting my oil changed, transmission fluid changed and a new filter put in, my car was driving funny and shaking every time I came to a stop. The very next day my car broke down without having any previous problems. I had my dad (who knows the ins and outs of cars) look at it and he said they put the wrong oil in and didnt put another part in right so I had a leak among other things and since I dont know much about cars, I frankly didnt understand. They were nice enough to come out to my house and look at it but refused to take responsibility for it saying they did nothing wrong. Even though the sticker in my car clearly says what kind of oil they put in. Im very disappointed but I believe theyve trained new people so Ill cut them a little slack.
