Ive had to bring my chevy equinox to Briggs for service 3 times in the last 4 months. Each for separate issues and each greater than the other. Ive had nothing less than a great experience each time. I have a odd work schedule that has me on the clock before anyone opens and generally off about an hour before they close so you can imagine trying to get auto work done without missing a day of pay. I like the fact that Darrin was able to work with me to get my car in the day before my appointment so that it could be done the day of and it made my week not having to stress about getting my car in or out. These people were wonderful, and extremely helpful. We went in for a tire change after getting a flat. Although they didnt have what we needed they called around to find us a replacement tire. They were so kind that they offered to drive us to another repair shop if we were unable to get a ride. All they asked for was a review, and we are more than glad to give them that. 1000 percent recommended!!

I had a tire pop late in the afternoon on my Dodge Challenger. I called Briggs Firestone and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful! Their schedule was full but Tom still found time to squeeze my car in and replace my tire! My car was towed in at 3:40pm and I was able to pick it up at 5PM that same day. Great service! And, with a smile!

Took my GMC Sierra in for some engine work, they kept me informed thru out the whole time which I found really nice as I’ve taken my cars to other places and I would never hear from the other places, I’d have to call them. So I really appreciated them checking in wit me thru phone and keeping me updated. I also really enjoy their complete diagnostics which come wit photos of my whole vehicle Like how cool is that! I also love that their work on my truck is covered wit a 3 year warranty. That brings me so much comfort, cuz let’s face it work on your cars aren’t cheap. We have trusted Briggs for service for our cars for the last 15 years. We have never been disappointed. My husband has not driven his car since January 2020. We had his 2017 Explorer towed to Briggs as it needed a new battery. They replaced the battery, did an oil change, put in a new air filter and checked and rotated the tires. All work was done in record time and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Briggs!

The manager is super friendly. They also sent you a gift card and Christmas card every year if you get service here. I get my car in quickly and they will call you if anything happens and sent email of photos that proves why you need new filter, etc. very professional.

Had a check engine light come on and got it checked at the nearest mechanic. I then called these guys to make an appointment. They listened to me completely and quickly made an appointment. Brought my car in at my own leisure and they again listened to me fully. They did everything they could, explained the whole process, and were funny and respectful. Unfortunately when I got there they were closed so they told me to come on down and they’d squeeze me in. I was in and out in 20 minutes. To doing some major mechanical work, to me purchasing tires there multiple times through the years. Theyre reasonable and they care. Not only about the work they do, but about their customers. Darren and Tom have always kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicles. Technicians Dale and Fred, the few technicians Im aware of, have done a wonderful job with each job theyve completed for me. I love that I can visually look at the report from their work. I can see what potentially is wrong and what was done. I would strongly recommend this shop

I was heading out of town and noticed one of my tires was low on air. I called Briggs Firestone in Oroville, they told me to bring it in and they would get it squared away for me. They were also able to get my tires rotated at the same time. Excellent service, and very quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for more service in the future.

Addition 1-1-21 There is nothing to talk about, you gave me nothing but horrible service. Unless you have a time machine there is no making this better.More information I left out to be nice, but since you want to kept trying distance me from the car. The car is my wife and mine. When the guy drop my skid plate multiple times, front desk guy comes out laugh and joked about Daniel dropping. After everything was said and done front desk guy apologized and said they are not a quick lube. HAHAHAHAHA I had an appointment. If my car wasnt taking at appointment time or close to it, then the appointment shouldnt of been made. Also I was supposed to walk out of there with a quote on new tires and an alignment. Front desk guy apologized again and said he would call my wife(instructed to do so, because I was done with this place) later that day with a price. Which didnt happend til the following day. By that time we are done. Again WORST serive I have ever experienced in a shop.First off I had an appointment made 8 days in advance. An oil change should take 20-30mins not messing around. I can see one hour goofing off. But two hours is unacceptable. Also I would suggest anyone getting work here to watch closely thru the little window. Guy named Daniel dropped my $360+ skid plate twice. Is this how you treat all your customers property? First time I didnt see it just heard it. But it made me stand up. Next what i saw was said mechanic bending down picking up plate lifting over head, get frustrated then drop my plate at head height. Then proceed to spend about 20 mins trying to put the plate back on. Probably because he bent it, gonna have to get it check out. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know, let alone a stranger.

I replaced some suspension parts a while back. It still drove straight, but I took it to Les Schwab to have it aligned. Got it back and it pulled to the right! ??? I didnt like the service at L.S. so i never took it back to them. Tires started wearing.Long story short, I took it to Briggs. They were way more friendly and professional and they fixed it right up!

Husband said “I’ve never had a flat on a Firestone tire”That being said, we haven’t patronized Firestone for many years, no particular reason, except maybe they aren’t too visable in Oroville!Saw sign one day, husband took truck in for new set. He was very satisfied with service and tires.My Charger riding rough and one tire wearing badly. (Paid the price for good tires at a local new shop; went back for service one day and the mgr couldn’t get off his cell to even acknowledge my presence!)Called Briggs, got 2 quotes. Next day went to Briggs, made apt.Service was excellent, on time, and waiting while Charger was being aligned and tired was comfortable.My car rides like a dream! As nice a ride in 2014 Charger as the new 2019 Challenger we rented in TX to come back to CA! My goal was to trade in Charger, instead we found Firestone Tires!I am VERY satisfied, and so is hubby!
