I took my older laptop in without an appointment. I needed to have themCheck for virus and a firewall. I came home the next day. I was asked if I wanted to go get it. Of course I did. I didn’t know that ResQtech had not called. We went to the office and it took about 10 minutes and it was done. They told me what they did. I’m very happy. They are about the best and nicest computer people I’ve ever met.

Friendly and informative. You are told what is wrong with your computer and given options. Makes you feel like you are in charge!Very happy with the workmanship and the price.
