This has been the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had.In summary, they ripped us off, they were incredibly rude and unprofessional, canceling service with them was an ordeal, and all in all their speeds are super slow, cut out all the time, and over priced.For starters, when we signed on with them it was $60 a month for 6mb down, 2mb up. Then without notice it went up to $70, then again, without notice to $80, which is weird because the plan we were on, that is still stated on the website is $69.95. We had the Home movie ticket (gamers package) as seen on their website. There was multiple times that we payed our bill, and then they called and said they never received payment. We called in august to cancel our service and was told we’d get a call back, so then came September, I agreed since we still did have the service we would pay September’s but we already have a better provider, so now it’s October and I am being told that they didn’t get payment for September or October. I paid September’s myself, and have been wanting it cancelled so I told them fine here’s September’s AGAIN & October’s but I will not pay it until you come get your equipment. that seemed to work because the guy came and got all the stuff and the last bit of money they’ll ever extort from me. Here’s where things get worse for them, the guy comes back the next day for the dish (today) and while in the office, the gentleman was incredibly unprofessional, talking about me very disgustingly to the manager and just being all around bitter that we’ve changed our service to digitalpath.The owner is clearly unequipped to handle his business and employees, and has no concept of customer service. There has been more headaches along the way than what I have stated here. Do not be fooled by them or their self proclaimed “fast service”I will say throughout this whole ordeal a woman named Connie that works for speedenet has been absolutely kind, compassionate and the only member of their team with great customer service. They should really take a lesson from her. I’m glad I had her to communicate with through cancelling this service.

Really works with the customer to find and fix problems. Easy to talk with and understand. He has a lot to offer when trying to learn how to work your system. Very helpful!

The owner of this place is a very gentle kind person and will always provide the best services

The owner lied, stole and screwed me over. He took money from me. But did not return the full amount. His services are slow and his workers are rude and incompetent. He lies to you about fees, and he changes his policies without you being properly informed. I was in general, treated very poorly by him and his associates and would never recommend him to a single person.
