Their staff is always friendly and courteous. They will go the extra mile to make sure you get the vehicle you need for your trip. Cameron and Ryan were especially helpful in making sure I got a 4x4 for my trip to the snow. Cameron called me after I returned the vehicle, to let me know that I had left my camera in it, and waited for me to return after they had closed the shop, so I could retrieve it! I will definitely rent here again

Like to rent from them, I always use them for trips or to drive a different car . One note small cars are not roomy enough for a large person like me, my legs come within a inch of steering wheel and it wont adjust up anymore. Another thing they started charging more I remember when was $** A day and insurance was $**.a day now its $1**. So I rented for 5 days with full coverage, cost was $*** Plus security deposit $*** which she said I get back when I returned car.Hard to believe they rented it with only 1/4 tank on feul . I would think a 3/4 to full tank be better since its only a 10 gallon tank I put 6 gal. And read almost full .Person at counter was nice and friendly . Had to wait as they were on a pickup run for a car . Over all was good .

I had the worst Enterprise experience with this location today. After speaking to an after hours representative yesterday and being quoted one amout with the deposit included, I said great. I made the reservation, and made arrangements with my finances to be able to pay the $350 I was quoted. Upon arrival, im hit with an additional $200 added to the price. I understand deposits and how that works. I just expect that when Im given a quote, that it be correct and honored. So $550 dollars later and a terrible experience with what WAS my favorite rental company, Im completely dissatisfied. Usually Enterprise is better than this.

They made it quick and easy to rent a vehicle. Everyone was very professional and the vehicle I rented was nice. It was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

We received excellent customer service from Ethan! We had driven all the way out to Chico to a Budget Rent-a-Car and had a really bad experience.Ethan was so helpful and got us our car quickly! He even made it right when we encountered a problem. He explained everything I needed to know step by step and very clearly. I really appreciate the help!

Ive always used Enterprise whenever I want to rent a car, but this location unfortunately has made me switch over to another rental car service because I had reserved a car at 8am(when they open) a few days before. On the day of, they called me 10mins before and told me it wont be available at 10am. I was irritated. 10am comes along, and I receive another call saying it wont be available until 12:30pm(after their lunch break). Around 12am, I called ahead to see if it was ready, and they said not until 2pm... I was furious but had no choice so I waited... 2pm comes around and I called again, and they apologized AGAIN and said 4pm. I was furious and ended up calling another place and they instantly got me a car. Lack of communication and empty promises is what made me switch over.

Very professional, was able to do everything online, so when I picked up my rental, it only took a couple minutes to get on the road. They even gave me a free upgrade.

This is the 1 time i rented a car form this location I love Enterprise rental in Torrance and this location on Oroville was wonderful quick and attentive the return was also fast the CAr I rented was reliable as well

Its a bit expensive compared to Hertz and we had to stop just to buy window cleaner and towels because the window was greasy.

Beware that this place doesn’t offer pick up or drop off on weekends. Poor customer service and very inconvenient. I will not be doing business with Enterprise again. Their system is disorganized and there is often miscommunication between different locations. I picked up a car in San Fran and was told I could drop it off in Oroville. Arrived in Oroville to learn that they are not open on weekends and I cannot drop it off. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to a different location to drop off.

Beware who you disagree with, they can blackball you for years because you comment on their lousy service!In all fairness I was a Corporate renter for many years and had excellent rapport in the Bay Area with this company 1980s through 99!Oroville now has a super crew that have great PR and make an effort! Unlike the egotistical, rude & incompetent man and his girlfriend who worked at the Meyers Street Office!Thanks to Risk Management, all has been cleared and this new experience will be rated 4*!

This place has awful service. Made a reservation, because my flight got in late, I was late to pick it up. The girl working the desk didnt acknowledge when we walked in. The guys standing behind her didnt even look up to tell us she would be with us when she could. Then, they gave my car to someone who didnt have a reservation. Dont use this company. They have done this numerous time to us.
