This is the most unprofessional hair saloon Ive ever seen. I scheduled an appointment as a new customer, and she cut me really quick in 5 minutes, so she could take one of her regulars, who came in without an appointment. Ive never had my hair cut in 5 minutes. It was only when I got home that I saw it was uneven, and there was a long tail of hair hanging from the back, and I had to fix it myself. $26.00 for a sloppy job. They were also forcing customers to wear their masks, even though some of the employees themselves didnt have masks.My mom ended up going in later, and they did the same sloppy job on her. Uneven maine, and they told her they only do certain colors and the coupons are only for hair products. $36.00 for another sloppy job.I addition when we called to make appointments and asked them about time slots, they told us, Well what time do YOU want?It seems they only treat you good if youre a regular, and they dont care about getting/keeping new clients. Never seen such a mentality. Its like they dont care if their business fails.

Came into get a haircut and that was fine, lady trimmed my mustache literally for 3 seconds, just took a few hairs off, and the person at the register charged me full price for a beard and mustache trim, even though the girl that cut my hair told her that she barely touched my mustache and not to charge me. Last time I go to a place that rips you off blatently!

I first came to Supercuts to get my 5 year old sons hair cut for his start in Kindergarten. I was so impressed with the cut and style. I had been looking for.my own stylist after my stylist had left and COVID lock down had left me with about 28 inches of straight unstyled hair.. I let the Supercuts stylist make a few suggestions and give me a cut. I am so glad I did. I TOOK OFF ABOUT 15 INCHES AND HAVE THE BEST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE.

The lady who cut my hair did a so so job. The price of $20. For a haircut is reasonable. I would recommend this place.

I gave it a 5 star review because some of the hairdressers deserve it. But there are definitely AWFUL hairdressers here too. But its a Supercut, so you get what you pay for... Just beware.

I had a new hair cutter this time. She graduated Supercuts just before everything shut down last year. She didnt forget a thing. Did a great job!

Horrible. She didnt do the things I asked her to and did the things I specifically told her not to do. It was right before a trip. It was uneven and a 20 year old Metro sexual hair cut. She did one side burn different than the other. I had to get out my sheers and shave it all off.which I could have done myself and left it longer.

Supercuts was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly, as always. Both Valerie and Michele performed their magic on our hair. Do yourself a favor; get your hair cut/styled/colored there.

They dont waste time. They cut your hair with minimal conversation and youre out fast. Mens hair cut was $20. The place is clean.

I dont know where they go to school to learn how to become hair stylists but they must have slept the whole nine months it takes to go through school because I have never gotten a hair cut there that wasnt butchered .

Taller blonde woman was rude when I told her I wanted a skin fade. She kept asking me are you sure really? Skin? as if she was judging me and didnt think I knew what I wanted. Got some weird vibes from it Im NEVER going back..

They are more than great stylists...they are like family to me☺

This was my 3rd visit to Super Cuts. Each time Claudia has cut my hair. She does a very good job. The shop is sufficiently staffed so there is a short wait time even when they are very busy. Will definitely continue going to them.

The ladies here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience and always LOVE MY HAIR!

For $16 I got a very nice haircut, but the old lady (I would say the eldest of all the hair stylists) at the reception was very rude to me. She asked me if I was going to add anything on my debit card payment which I said no because I already tipped the stylist, suddenly just threw my debit card in front of me. Then she showed some more attitude by slamming the merchant receipt in front of me and commanded me to sign it. Take note.. COMMANDED. Plus, on top of it all... she was also on the phone while do whole thing was going on.I would have said something to her BUT it is not worth disrespecting our ELDERS. The consolation that I got from this terrible customer service experience is the lovely haircut that I got.If any of the supervisors are reading this, some people give their tips immediately after the haircut. I tip the stylists right after I get up from the chair NOT at the counter.

They were friendly efficient..wore and required masks... I am not a fan of clipper cuts but she did a good job...

They are timed to cut under ten mintues and do a very bad job, do not go here. Please go somewhere else with better reviews. If you go somewhere else make sure to ask for a worker that hasnt worked at super cuts, because they still do very bad jobs.

Went in for a trim and got 6 inches cut off, only on some of the hair apparently cause she left a ton uncut and layered my hair it was a choppy mess. Never again.

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at Supercuts. They usually do a good job and the people are friendly. The buzz of the clippers is nearly hipnotizing and they offer a warm clothe wipe for the back of your neck after they are finished. The price is enough to make you torn between being a return customer and becoming an autotonsorialist.

Hey got there told me 15 min wait!! It was worth the wait very friendly place, got my hair cut and they did a great job!!!!

My boi went in a couple days ago for a lineup but got the mcdonalds logo on the back, not good for mens hair.

Ive only had ONE good haircut there and I dont remember the name of the nice women who did it sadly.Went today hoping shed be there and desperate for a cut, the chick who cut my hair was rude, unfriendly, and didnt seem to even care about my hair while she was cutting it. All I asked for was a taper, longer on top and short on the sides and it was as if she was shearing a cat or something! Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I just look patchy and bald. Not worth the $16. Definitely recommend against.

I have had ALL bad experiences with dealing with Supercuts. Seeing that I am in a new town, I thought Id give them a try, again.I have gone there twice, now. The first time, they did an ok job, they didnt really know the type of cut I wanted. The second time I went there, I had two people working on my hair cause the first one butchered it and the second one tried to clean it up but didnt do much better. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. They are better trained for older male clients, and thats it. I will NEVER go back there! BE CAUTIOUS.

I am impressed! I was kindly greeted and my questions regarding damaged hair services were promptly and professionally answered. There was a minimal wait time as I was a walk in. Googles discussion regarding Supercuts gloss product was incorrect (it pays to double check instead of taking the internet into consideration). In no time I had purchased Joicos K-Pak and Designline Shine Mist High Gloss Spray. Instead of choosing a gloss treatment I learned my hair needed color correction but in my case the damage caused by another nearby salon was best left to allowing my hair to grow out instead of having further damage and need for cutting my long hair short. My damaged hair cuticle was treated to help rebuild and improve the structure of my hair. I walked away after paying an affordable price. ..and a little more educated about hair care.

Its a hit and miss. Hair cut is usually even all around but they rush through hair cut so fast they end up leave quite a few of long hairs.

They have Decent prices and I got what i wanted, i would go back.

We come here every two weeks my husband and two boys. We called at 6:40pm 20 minutes before closing to see if my husband could get his hair faded and the lady that answered said yea were still open and then said oh yea i guess shes not taking anymore tonight. Pretty messed up you decided to stop taking costumers 20 minutes early. Im going to call and find out if this is normal or just your employees leaving ealry because its New Years Eve.

For about $20 theyll give you a subpar hair cut. Dont ask for texture or layering...they get frustrated if they have to spend longer than 5 minutes on a cut or if theyre forced to give a decent hair cut.
