Overall my experience was ok. I called initially on Sept. 30 to make an appointment for my windshield to be tinted. The Hispanic guy who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I picked a date and he gave me a morning time he had available. After arrival (Oct 5), I came to the listed address which was in a gated community. I called the same number and spoke to the same person for instructions on entering. After entering the community, I try to get the next steps for my appointment from the person on the phone and was then told he cannot confirm I have an existing appointment. Instead of drawing out the issue, he tried to resolve the matter. His resolution was to have the tint done the same day but at a different time which isn’t a bad idea but I’m scheduled for work later. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use their services and will have to find somewhere closer to my job (30+ minutes away from this location). I took a chance with the good reviews! I did get professionalism, but also a lack organization. If you make an appointment here, please call and confirm you have an existing appointment before heading to this location. I did not do this and ended up wasting time and gas heading here. 3/5 for professionalism and Attempting to resolve the issue instead of arguing and placing blame.

Refuses to honor warranty or return calls. Paid for ceramic tint and clear front window tint. I was unhappy with the front window. I have followed up several time in an attempt to resolve the issue. Poor customer service and follow up if customer is not happy with the job completed.

The best window tint in the area. He went to my home to do one car, I asked him if he can do a second car and he did! Very high quality product and service! Highly recommended!!!

Best window tinter for your cars hands down!!! I used to take my cars to Unique Auto tints in Kissimmee but wasn’t having a good customer service and they never answer their phone, so I decided to look somewhere else and found Tropical Window tint and when I tell you the guy is a beast!! And super great service!! I extremely recommend him!!
