I wish it was possible for a zero star rating because it’s between a nightmare to deal with this dealership for the past two months. I bought a car from them and it was until I signed they told me they were waiting for the title to arrive. Then a week later, they told me they had a GPS in my car that needed to be returned to the auction dealer in order to receive the title. They couldn’t fix a date or time to meet up to resolve that issue and I wouldn’t be available since I had a trip out of the country. While I was out, my car got stolen and crashed so I needed the title for my insurance. This made the problem of my title way worse because now they didn’t want to give me my title because they couldn’t find the GPS in my car. They tried to pin a fee on me for the GPS (which I had no idea it was in my car till a week later that I bought it). While they tried to look for the GPS in my car, they destroyed the ceiling since “it was in the lamp” and didn’t mind what they did. Then turns out, the GPS wasn’t even from the auction dealer, it was theirs. When they finally decided to come through and let me sign my title, they told me they were going to register it in the DMV the following Monday. It’s been a week and turns out, they just submitted it today into the DMV and even got hit by a late fee because of how late it’s been submitted. My car has been paid in full and I don’t see why this was made into a big deal. These people were difficult to talk to and tell you important details till after you give them your money. This whole experience was unprofessional. I was yelled at because they couldn’t find a GPS tracker they placed into my car. They told me I had to pay $150 to replace it since the people who stole my car could have taken it out when a few minutes ago before that, they said the GPS pinged it was at the tow yard my car was located in.

I had my Lexus IS tinted, guys did a great job definitely recommend them. Ask for joe, really attentive workers too.
